J’ai apprécié la simplicité d’accès à l’appartement et la réactivité de la gérante qui s’est montrée disponible et à l’écoute. Le logement était propre et soigné.

Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable

Mooi appartement op de bovenste etage, het appartement ziet eruit zoals op de foto's. Het ligt in een rustige wijk en parkeren kan bij de locatie via een afgesloten systeem. Het centrum ligt op 25 minuten lopen.

Er was kortsluiting in de grootste slaapkamer (zonder dat dit gemeld was). Voor onze eigen veiligheid hebben we deze groep in de meterkast uitgezet waardoor oa het stopcontact in de badkamer onbruikbaar werd. We hebben dit direct gemeld bij ons contactpersoon maar er is verder geen actie ondernomen.

L'appartement est bien situé, proche de quelques commerces et le stationnement est facile dans la rue si l'on n'utilise pas le Parking. La récupération des clés se fait en autonomie, ce qui est appréciable. On reçoit les instructions par SMS de la part des propriétaires, qui sont d'ailleurs très sympathiques. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et une buanderie était à disposition.

La durée d'une nuitée est vraiment courte, l'accès n'est possible qu'à partir de 17H00 contrairement à la sortie maximum à 11H. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans l'immeuble, nous avons eu des voisins de chambre très bruyants qui nous ont empêché de dormir. Je ne sais pas si c'est l'insonorisation qui est insuffisante mais cela a un peu gâché notre séjour..

Large, clean room perfect for our family if three. Nice touches like coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen and artistic elements.

There was a dishwasher but no soap capsule! More info on how to use kitchen equipment, heating Woujd have been helpfully.

Great communications to get into the accomodation via lock box, nice quite location and easy to park on the street or in the private carpark. The bedroom is downstairs and the bathroom and lounge/kitchen upstairs. It's not a huge place but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very clean. It's a short uber ride to the middle of town which is well worth booking a restaurant down by the canals and Cathedral.

Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche...(cumulus éteint). Nous ne l'avons pas signalée au propriétaire car nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit.

C'est un excellent établissement, confortable et très propre ou l'on peut garer facilement son véhicule à 15 minutes du centre historique de la ville. A recommander !

la porte d'une des chambre ne fermait pas. Il manque dans toutes les salles de bain, un meuble qui permettrait de poser les affaires de toilette.

Just be aware that accessing the car parking is very tight, a van would not fit, we had a hatchback with a roof box and had to take the roof box off to get it through to the open car park at the back of the property. This isn't immediately obvious in the photos. For point of reference, our car with roof box attached got through an underground carpark in chartres which was 2.05m high so it is less than that.

The quietness of the street and the cleanliness of the flat.

How far is downtown! It's not at all near it! And like all those places newly re-decorated the flat is very unpersonal. And if you're claustrophobic don't book this flat! The only room is in a sort of former cave!

The room is very clean, feel like just a complete new room. The room is not big, but just enough for a small family.

ok, so I rarely give bad reviews and always try to find something positive to say but on this occasion I was very disappointed. The property was not as described on booking.com and I would not have booked it had I known the reality. Firstly, parking - the on site parking was not suitable for a low car, this was stated in the final instructions by the owner but not on the website. Street parking was stated to be 'secure' but i don't see how this was possible and there were no spaces when we arrived anywhere on the street. Our apt was stated to be entirely located on ground floor. In fact the bedroom was in a dark basement down steep steps and the bathroom was above it. Washing machine was in a seperate part of the building, which was not made clear. Other more minor issues - .No hairdryer. liquid soap dispense empty. Washing up sponge grubby. Towels felt slightly damp and were a bit grey. Windows were dirty inside and out. WiFi code not provided until mid morning the day after we arrived and only after a couple to text messages requesting it. Outside of building scruffy and nothing like the pictures, which must be of the back of the building. We are holiday home owners ourselves and know that a lot of work goes into maintaing a high standard but this is important if you are asking people to pay to stay there. I have now read some other poor reviews of this place and seen the owners responses, which I do not consider to be professional. No doubt she will not be happy with this one - bad reviews are hard to take and we have had a couple of 'malicious' ones ourselves which is upsetting but what I have said does reflect our experience accurately. Just a bit more attention to detail and accurate description would make all the difference.

Poor communication. I had to ask for the code. I had to ask for wifi info. I never learned instructions how to leave the place behind.

Only the price was ok.

We were warned very late about garage entrance not being suitable for all cars. This made us almost damage the car. Also host asked us to wash the dishes and take out the garbage with seemed very to us.
