Location was great for what we were there for. Parking was tight in the actual parking spots but they had a parking area across the street. That was great for our truck. Room was nicely furnished clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The food and beverage manager at the bistro was very friendly and the food was good

Checkin staff complained about having to work the whole weekend. The shower curtain was filthy, bottom foot was orange mold

I was not able to stay at the property even though this is what I booked weeks in advance. when I arrived the employee said we were booked and can go to another Marriott 10 minutes down the road, he also said it was better. the Marriott was 18 minutes down the road and in fact not better. they also said they weee book and we received a room with 1 bed even though that is not what we booked. although it was not the second hotel fault that we went through this it is only this hotel “courtyard by Marriott Richmond Scott addition” I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ve never been through this and will never in my life stay at another Marriott-

I kept getting complaints about noise we weren't making. it was an adult party in the room right above us. we got a call to the room after 1am and had someone come to our door after that only to find out it wasn't us.

Breakfast was incredible.....staff was great

We were put next to a family with 2 crying kids...parents were worse....twerking in the hallway ay 1130pm and clearly ignoring screaming kids....front desk should NOT have put anyone next to this room. Location is good next to the city etc, BUT we heard cars racing up and down the street right next to the hotel...at midnight....hotel staff are aware it's a perpetual issue...ask for a room NOT on the problem street.

not enough parking so had to park in weird lot across busy street with no lights. insanely was not told at any point that housekeeping only comes every three days until we got back late in the evening to no clean towels, coffee pods, cups in room and was told that fact and that we had to go back to lobby to pick up what we needed. Also super overpriced for being on the side of heavy traffic road.

Loved that the rooms were clean.

The room air conditioners were noisy and worked erratically. I couldn’t figure out how to regulate the temperature. And our doors did not operate very well - it stuck and was very loud when closing.

I didn’t have a bathtub in my room just a shower with a half glass door because of this I was cold while in the shower
