Cosy caravan. Had everything you needed. Wifi available so could sign into my netlix account. Shower lovely. Good location. Close to shops and the beach. Very quiet in the week. Busy at weekends.

Pull out bed a little uncomfortable. Having to book swimming rather than go when the mood takes you and not having very long to enjoy the pool. Thats a criticism of the site itself not the caravan.

TV worked well and had a lot of choice Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all sufficient Double bed comfortable

Sofa’s were not clean. Curtains kept falling down, cooker didn’t work, stuff from previous people found under the bed, fridge was dirty, rats outside the caravan and lots of rubbish in the trees beside it.

Keysafe located at the caravan makes it easy and convenient. Car park next to caravan, near to entertainment building - bar, arcade, swimming: inflatable aqua run / craft hut: sand art, pottery painting, Teddy Mountain: pick a teddy with or without an outfit / crazy golf, play field - family passes to be brought by cash from reception. Must book swimming & some other activities. Lovely caravan with nice decor and furnishings. Family friendly with lots of added extras, such as outside table & chairs, BBQ, fans & blankets, WiFi & Smart TV, fridge with a proper little freezer. Local Leysdown entertainment & food places just outside the site entrance. Host a message away, replies quickly. Always helpful & friendly. Visited twice and will be visiting again.

The oven was broke, so they put a small travel cooker in wasn’t sufficient for the family

well equipped Caravan with everything that you will need ,we enjoyed our family getaway with our toddlers for a good 7 days. Good hosts,helped with my queries instantly Thank you Dominika

SingleBits were way too small the curtain rails keep falling down every time I touch the curtains and the seagulls and the pigeons on the roof making a lot of nice early hours of the morning and wakes you up because there is a tree right over the caravan

Location 40mins from home. Family friendly. Nice caravan. Impressed with caravan added extras, WiFi, BBQ, garden furniture. Site okay. Swimming area/pool welcoming and clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly in there.

Site short staffed. Arcade never manned and half machines out of use or took your money but nobody to help. Crazy/mini golf, lovely new addition but unlocked and people able to jump low fence. Went to play and children had been using it to eat their lunch in and mess around. Had to tidy up before playing.
