Great space, great views. After a terrible beginning, we enjoyed our stay.

We had elderly guests arriving from a long trip from Germany and then they had to wait at the door for 90 minutes while I was unable to get in. My guests were exhausted and quite angry.The lock on the front door was formidable, the text I received on how to open the door was garbled (sent in non-consecutive pieces), and the assistance that I received on the phone was unhelpful. Finally I was able to use the garage door and that's all that we used during out stay. I highly recommend that you figure out some other protocol for training people in the use of the doors.
