This property is a complete scam. It is absolutely filthy and infested with cockroaches—a clear sign that it has never been properly cleaned. The state of neglect is appalling. The host is a scammer who tries to hide behind a “friendly” facade and when it suits him he plays the victim to dodge responsibility. When I first got into the flat I demanded he brings in cleaners that same day, to which he eventually agreed to only to not follow through properly. Somebody did come in after we went out, but certainly did not clean, just rearranged some things around and on top of it left the back door wide open when they left. The place was so bad we had no choice but to check out early. When I requested a refund for the days we didn’t stay, the host attempted to blackmail me, demanding a 10/10 review in exchange for the refund. He likely pressures every guest the same way to get the high reviews. Here are just a few of the issues: cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, used towels and bathmat, dirty, unwashed bedding full of hair, unclean mugs, glasses, and utensils in the cupboards, a toilet seat stained with urine, filth around the sinks, a broken shower head holder, broken electrical sockets and light switches - the list goes on, but the photos and videos speak for themselves. This place is beyond unacceptable. Avoid it at all costs.

Very friendly and helpful host. Any problems that arose were quickly solved. Thank you! The location of the apartment was perfect for me. Very quiet and clean area. The beach and the old town can be reached by a convenient pedestrian path. There is a grocery store and a bakery nearby. The beds are comfortable. I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The apartments are spacious.

The only strange thing is that there is no electrical socket in the bathroom.

staying in this apartment was a major part of making our trip to Cyprus wonderful. super nice and helpful host, location very central , walking distance to most Limassol attractions. supermarket is 20 mins away but you can easily order via Foody or Bolt applications. very comfy and cozy place… can’t wait to stay there again!

Great large apartment, modern, clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and have a meal. The location is very nice, walking distance to groceries and other amenities. There is also a Saturday market in 1 minute walk. The host is really helpful and hospitable. I look forward to staying here again.

Very pleasant and personal owner. Went out of his way to assist my mom who was staying there. Apartment and building was very clean.

The apartment is quite new and spacious. It's fully furnished and equipped. There are 2 bedrooms/3 beds. Everything was clean and in good condition. The location is great, we didn't hear annoying noises and etc. The host Constantinos is very friendly. He gave us lots of recommendations. I recommend this place to stay.
