After a long drive up the M5/M6 from Devon this was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. As traffic was bad due to motorway delays I was running late for their last check in time and they called to check on my ETA. Check in was welcoming. The room was modern, clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy and I slept very well. Nothing to not like, would stay again.

Nothing. Though it would have been nice to have a bath mat for the shower, a shelf for tolietries in the bathroom and a full length mirror in the entrance hall.

The receptionist was very welcoming and polite, the rooms were modern and clean and the bed was comfortable, plenty of room for parking

The location was only a few mins away from Bishton Hall, we were at an event there. On arriving, it looked nice from the inside, the corridors are a bit of a maze but the room itself was stunning. Amazing facilities I didnt expect to get a small apartment complete with microwave fridge, freezer and a well kitted out bathroom. It is a tap attached shower head which saves a lot of space and works fine, im 6ft 4. The gentleman that welcomed us and showed us to our room was fabulous too, had some great conversation and extremely polite.

Nothing at all, if i was to pick on anything, the car park signage isn't big enough, we were just extra vigilant. But we arrived ok and our stay was excellent so!

Quiet location and walking distance to town centre. Good WIFI and large smart TV. Nice to have two bottles of water in the fridge.

The placement of the microwave is quite high. If you are short (like me) it is a bit of a stretch. Could be a safety hazard as you are lifting something hot. Would of liked breakfast bowls and more cutlery. Mirror in the bathroom is high up which as mentioned above you would struggle if you're short. .

Perfectly located for Staffordshire showground. Staff very friendly. Good car park around the back of the building. Use of TV in the room. Kitchen area to prepare meals.

Lovely welcome when I arrived. Room was of a very high standard (room 19) I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Quiet place had very good sleep.

The mattress is too soft for as I hav back problems.
