Great. Just clean up the yard a little and it will be so nice

The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. My son will be attend Excel College, so I pray this can be our “home away from home” over the next 3 years. :)

The yard needed a little TLC. Also, a tree fell on the house while we were there!It appeared that other tree work is needed. There was a bit of musty smell in the house, and it appears that they are working on that issue behind the house. One other issue was teh we coudl not get Tv service and sadly customer service was of no help.

It was ok, and met our needs for a place to stay.

The inside was nice and clean.

However the outdoor area was unkept and over grown shrubs. We also experienced flying ants in the house. Also found large nails in the driveway.

all in all we had a wonderful time and will be renting this house again

the inside of the house was beautiful and the kitchen was perfect size

no yard and we could not use the hot tub and the lawn was not kept up
