This was a good choice for our family. Plenty of room. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels.

The house and location were nice. The only problem encountered was the WiFi network had a different name, and the password provided did not work with the available WiFi network.

It was cozy and confortable. We will definitley be returning.

We were in town for Homecoming at a local university. The location was convenient, and the home comfortably fit all of us (6).

Perfect home to spend time with family. Great backyard and ample kitchen. The game room was fantastic place for the teens to hang out.

Beautiful, clean and completely equipped

Comfortable , but could have been cleaner. The Master shower curtain liner should be replaced, the refrigerator and oven needed to wiped down, the outdoor furniture was dirty ( bird droppings etc. ) some of the appliances needed to be wiped down before use. There were bugs in the carpet that needed vacuuming. We also had to reach out to Evolve in order to get our entry code for the stay as we did not receive prior communication before our arrival. The owner of the property also said that she had sent us an email about her arrival to mow the yard which we also did not receive. We also had a two night stay for my daughters service dog ( he flies with her ) and we were charged for his stay. According to Evolve policy there should not have been a fee and we have not to date received a refund.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. The communication was exceptional with the host and the hospitality down to the little touches of a snack/treat basket were spot on for our group. We had two families including 6 children and a grandparent in our group and this home accommodated all of us well. Beds were quite comfortable and the kids loved the air hockey table and the games provided in the game room. We had our dog with us as well and the fenced in backyard was perfect and quite lovely with all the plants and garden areas. It was toasty summer weather when we visited in August and the home was wonderfully cooled by the A/c and very comfortable for our entire stay. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home while we visited this region of Idaho for a family wedding.
