We received a text message from Maria whilst enroute on the day of checkin warning us of a strong smell from a recently painted garage floor and that the garage door would be left open. This was not the case. On arrival we opened the door to be overwhelmed by a very strong odor which was coming from the attached garage which had a fan running. We opened up all the doors and windows and ventilated the property and remained outside. As we had plans that evening we left the property in the thought that ventilating the property would help dissipate the paint smell. On returning the next morning we found the situation to be the same and contacted Maria to advise her of the situation. As she was out of town she said she did not know what she could do but offered to refund our money for the rental. We contacted Evolve and advised them we had vacated the property and a refund was received. This property should not have been rented as the garage floor paint was giving off a toxic odor which could have been a health hazard. This resulted in a ruined stay.

Everything we needed and more! LOVED everything about the home, the yard, supplies, cleanliness and the owner was wonderful too! If there was one negative it would be all the vehicles that park on the street. Very narrow street as is and made walking our pet difficult and getting in and out of the driveway somewhat frustrating at times but the owner can’t control that. All the neighbors were very friendly though, just have too many cars!

The house is very well stocked. We had a great time with family. Lots of things to do in the area. the back yard is perfect for pets and relaxing.

This was a well appointed property. I would stay again if ever in the area!

The house is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. I especially loved the patio and hammock. I was thankful to find a pet friendly place for my doggie to have the fenced yard to run around.

The home was exceptional, actually more than expected. Plenty of room, very well furnished, very clean. Fenced yard with everything needed for backyard entertaining. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Everything worked inside home, it was just like being in your own home. Close to everything including the beach, a beautiful area. Will definitely return in the future.

This home is beautiful and very clean. We are so happy with the property. We will definitely stay here again. However, the communication with our Guest Contact, Maria was disappointing We didn't get a response from her or the code to enter the property until 4:08pm after we called the management company.

This home was perfect for our needs. We were a family of four plus a small dog. The home was clean and well maintained. The decor and attention to detail were obvious, e.g. upon arrival clean towels were folded neatly on the beds, the air conditioning was turned down and a pleasant air effuser was operating in the kitchen. In addition, the yard was great for the dog and the beds were quite comfortable for us humans. Maria promptly provided the necessary info shortly after we booked and overall we could not have been more pleased. We have already started talking about booking a return visit.

Beautiful home and love all the amenities

The home is beautiful inside and out. Very Clean and has everything you need. The back yard has a privacy fence which is also great for your pet. It has a very nice outside covered porch with a sitting area and ceiling fans. There was always a wonderful breeze outside. Stores are close for getting supplies. There are a lot of great restaurants in Bluffton. Hilton Head beach is about 30 minutes away and Savannah is about 40 minutes away so this is a great central location. The communication from the owner was always 1 step ahead of me. By far the best VRBO experience I have had yet. Highly Rated!!!

Small but nice. Well appointed.

We came to Bluffton for a family wedding and wanted to bring our dog with us. The house was so clean and looked just liked the pictures. We loved the backyard and the king bedroom. The bed was comfy and we loved the keurig (k-cups provided as well!). One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in! Only thing we weren’t crazy about was the flood light over the bedroom window would turn on multiple times during the night and light up the bedroom.

The home exceeded my expectations. It was as neat and clean as a pin!! Had everything we could possibly need! Great space. Quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting outside in the morning to read devotionals. And just enjoy. Thank you 😀🙏

This home is in a great, central location. It is close to Savannah, Bluffton(of course), Hilton Head, and Beaufort. This home was very clean, and is well equipped with everything we needed. The host was quite nice and very accommodating as well. I would recommend this home for families. It has a great backyard. Don't worry about the size of the home. It seems bigger than the square footage. It is a great open floor plan. Thanks so much. :)
