Rental was very clean and like-new. Support responded quickly and with care to any questions I had. Only drawback was that the property was located on a fairly busy road, so there is a bit of road noise at times. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was accommodating and we enjoyed our visit. The only thing we needed was more information on how to operate the Tv.

Overall this is a good place to stay. They had everything we needed. Allowed for early checkin. Only down fall was the floors were extremely dirty. They looked clean, but my bare feet were black. Under the beds were very dusty and someone's chips were under the bed.

The property seemed to be brand new. Everything was updated and very clean. We were there for a family wedding so did not spend a lot of time on the property other than to sleep and shower. There were only a couple of small issues. Someone (the neighbor maybe) was parked in the driveway when we arrived. There also was no extra toilet paper so we had to make a run to the grocery store for some. No big deal but if we hadn't noticed in time, it could have been a problem. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend the property for anyone looking for a place in the Lake
Conroe area.

Property was great. Kitchen needs a few more cooking utinsels and serving bowls. Unfortunately, I reached out to the local contact by text a few times and never received a response.

I rented this property for the week while I was visiting family in Texas. The home is just beautiful, clean, and has easy access to amenities. The parking is limited, but we made it work. Property management was wonderful to work with and immediately responsive to questions. I’m planning to move back to Texas soon and asked about buying this property I loved it so much! Will definitely rent again if it’s available on future visits. Loved it!

Lovely Home

This home was great. Brand new duplex construction in a wonderful community. Right across the street from the golf course clubhouse (if I would have had more time I would have brought my clubs). Home was 3 bedroom 2 bath as advertised and was extremely nice. We were in town for a softball tournament and this place was perfect. Enjoyed hanging out in the evenings cooking on the brand new grill. Every amenity was brand new. Couldn't have asked for better correspondence with the owner Adrianne. She was great. Highly recommend this place if you are planning a stay in the Conroe area.
