This DeWitt Ave apartment has excellent location; ideal for guests seeking immersion in Chicago's Miracle Mile amenities plus very good and easy access to lakefront.

Great apartment in the perfect location. Walkable to Starbucks (also coffee shop on first floor of building), restaurants, bars, convenient store, shopping, etc., and a short Uber ride to the city neighborhoods. It was a perfect 2-bedroom place for a few friends to stay for a long weekend.

Loves the view and the check in process was easy and efficient. The owners stayed in constant contact and made everything easy.

We had a wonderful stay here with the Chicago MCA, John Hancock, and northwestern Medical campus within a block along with Lake Michigan and great dining and shopping options just steps away - having Dollop cafe on the first floor was another bonus; we ran down for coffee every morning! The apartment was nicely furnished with great views in each room - the beds in both rooms were fantastic for a great night sleep. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware - we did have to buy some basics like sugar, oil, saran wrap, foil etc - having these would have been great. The bathroom was a bit dated with few rusty spots but fully functional and importantly very clean. Definitely recommend this beautiful apartment for all its amenities (including the beautiful roof top deck with amazing views!) and location.

Overall the apartment was spacious and nice, we had great views of the lake, the beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the living area. The unit needs a bit of work, the master closet doors are coming off and the master bedroom door was busted and didn’t shut all the way. I would also suggest a dresser in the master to go against the wall that has some cosmetic damage. Otherwise everything was nice and the property manager was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Great rental. My family loved the area and the property. The only hiccup was that when we arrived for check-in, the key fobs were not in the lockbox. We got inside and found that the place was still not cleaned because the cleaner called in sick. They sent another crew and immediately resolved the problem (just had to wait an hour on the beautiful rooftop). We’re understanding that these things happen, so overall loved the experience despite that issue.

Our family decided to spend Christmas in Chicago and had a wonderful stay at Streeterville. Having landed early in the morning, they were accommodating and let us check in early which we were thankful since we were traveling with small children. The location is perfect, right up the street from Michigan- we walked nearly everywhere! Communication with management was excellent, very quick and responsive. Had an issue with the heating system the first night and they were in contact with the building engineers and kept in contact with us until it was resolved. Our favorite part of this building was the rooftop lounge! It was beautiful and we bundled up and ‘looked for Santa’ up there on Christmas Eve :) can’t wait to visit again- maybe in the summer when it’s warmer! Thank you for a great visit !!

The location is perfectly located just a couple of blocks from the Water Tower and Michigan Ave. Everyone we ran into was very friendly, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, among the best of any other VRBO or AirBnB we've rented. We won't hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend the property!

This property is terrific. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy all that is Chicago. You are steps away from the shopping on Michigan Avenue. A short walk to the beautiful lake front. The restaurants and cafes within walking distance are magnificent. The property is very clean and well appointed. Perfect for a family of four. We will definitely stay again when we return to Chicago. Thanks!!!

Wonderful location for a weekend in the City! Host was excellent at communicating, process was super smooth.

We stayed for two nights. The place was as nice as it looks in the photos! Clean, very well maintained. It’s fully stocked with anything you may need. Beds were comfortable. We go to Chicago to shop several times a year, would love to stay again! Thank you!

My family had a blast! This place is within walking distance to so many places. Navy Pier, the beach, shopping, restaurants, parks! We are a family of 5 with elementary kids, they loved it!!! Rooftop area was amazing to hang out and soak in the city. We will be back!

Great experience. Only complaint is the master bedroom (which is near the only bathroom) doesn't have a door.

Excellent location. Very minimally decorated which makes it feel clean and fresh. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
