We loved everthing about this place. The location, the cleanliness, the ease of checking in and checking out. The only thing I really didn't like was the living room sectional sofa was hard. Made it a little uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. But that wouldn't stop me from staying there aga Sin. AE A

The Property manager was great. We needed it earlier than what was booked and the manager accommodated us within 30 minutes. This is great for a large group.

Spacious property, great for families. Check in was easy. Splash pool too cold for the kiddos, but other than that great place.

The adjoining condo was perfect for our group of 7. With 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms, it provided enough space for 7 women. The condo was very close to the convention center.

The location was great being close to the convention center we attended for a work conference. It was also in walking distance to the grocery store which was very helpful. The only two things that weren't great was the cleanliness of the property and the fact that we had to buy literally everything. If you are only staying for a couple days what they provide would be fine but we were here for one week so we had to buy everything from hand soap to dish/laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towel etc. There also are no sheet pans for cooking. We also had to purchase a swiffer because the floors were so dirty. All of our feet were black just from walking around inside right when we arrived. Property could use some fixing up its fairly beat up but again we were here to enjoy the pool, weather and conference. The location and bones of the property are great. Hosts were helpful and responsive as well.

Excellent location, convenient, great amenities, spacious, clean and welcoming.

This place had a large space that was accommodating to my large family. However, upon our arrival we noticed that the floors were mopped with black muddy water. The mop that was used to clean the place was completely black. We contacted the management company which you can only do so by messaging through VRBO- there was no way to speak to someone. They said they would send the cleaning crew. Moments later one side of the units kitchen started flooding. Water was pouring like a waterfall from the AC vent in the ceiling. We messaged again and the company said they would send a handyman. An hour later no one showed up and management said no one could come to help us until the next morning even though their unit was flooding and the whole kitchen was completely flooded and unusable. We ended up having to purchase a new mop and cleaning supplies and take care of it ourselves. They never sent anyone the next morning or the rest of the week. We checked in on Sunday and no one contacted me back about the issue until Thursday at lunchtime when they said someone was outside the door to come fix the issue. My family and I were out enjoying our vacation so no one was there to let them in. Again Friday they tried to come in the middle of the day unannounced and no one was there to let them in. I asked for a refund of the first nights stay and they refused any type of reimbursement, blaming the unit above for the issue. They did not take care of the problem or their customer!!!

We are a group of professionals who rent in Vista Cay due to an annual tradeshow in the Orange County Convention center. This building is conveniently located behind the Publix shopping Center but you would need to drive over to the clubhouse and pool. Very clean to the point of austere. One of everything seems a bit stripped down as we have rented in other buildings in the past and they gave you more than one garbage bag, dishwasher tablet etc, especially with a week long stay. It was nice having so many bedrooms but a bit awkward to have to walk thru 2 of them to get from one unit to the other. They should show a picture of that showing how the units are connected. Would work ok for little kids or family members but a bit uncomfortable for adults. Unfortunately one of the units had a strong moldy/smoky smell which was noticable when we walked down the hall from one unit into the other. The unit was extremely humid and we could not set the humidity lower than what was on the thermostat which was 70%. Internet/wifi was bad. We could not use our laptops due to the lack of internet and messages on our phones were delayed. Only other issue is we did not receive our check in codes until well after 4pm check in. The email sent said we need to click on a check in link but no link was in the email. I emailed them and they said I had to wait for the code but it was already 5:30 pm Florida time which I pointed out which in turn prompted them to finally give me the check in codes.
