It was a bit odd. Just felt like someone's house not a holiday property. A printer in the bedroom, stuff in one of the bedroom drawers, things in the kitchen cupboards. It was comfortable but the cleanliness wasn't great. Washed all the kitchen equipment before use. Batroom bin had no bin liner and a used cotton bud at the bottom.

A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood. There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure. Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one. Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due. With a few tweaks, the property would have received a higher mark and we would love to use it again.
