Having this place as our home base for our family vacation to Cocoa Beach made it the perfect vacation. There were so many games and activities as well as beach and pool toys for the kids. The house itself was fully stocked with quality appliances and kitchen equipment. There was so much attention to detail to everything throughout the property. The house is beautiful, updated, and immaculate. The location is great - a short walk to the beach and close by the grocery store. We would love to come back this is one of the best on VRBO. The ice cream hut down the block was a big hit.

We had two families with kids ranging from 8 -12 stay at this home and it had everything you could ever want! We walked to the beach every morning to watch the sun rise, and then returned for the afternoon to boogie board with the kids. Everything you needed for the beach was supplied! House itself was also great and fully stocked. Owners were amazing to deal with...super responsive and left a nice welcome gift upon arrival. Overall, a 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

House was walkable and across the street from Lori Wilson beach(free to park), but also a few minute drive to other beach access points that we tried as well($5/hour parking). Owners provide all beach items you’d need! House is stocked with everything you can think of! I brought so much that I never had to open as far as toiletries and home basics. Welcome flowers and cupcakes were there upon arrival. Everything super clean! Great stay!

We came for a short visit to celebrate our youngest son graduating from college in Orlando and wanted to give him a much-needed break. Wendy was a great host and went out of her way to do a little decorating and left us some treats for my son. It was much appreciated. The home had everything we needed and enjoyed being able to hang at the pool and do some grilling. Beach was very easy walk, and they have everything you could possibly need to take and use at the beach. Wonderful place to stay, especially for families. Thanks for being such a gracious host.

Without a doubt, one of the best bookings I have ever made! We rented this house for several days for a family reunion to celebrate my mother's birthday. The house is immaculate, spacious, packed full of fun activites, and literally across the street from the beautiful beach. But the reason we loved it so much was because of the host, Wendy. She went above and beyond and decorated the house before our arrival for my mom's birthday and left us treats. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! We spent the next few days enjoying big meals under the tiki hut, laying in the hammocks next to the fire pit, swimming in the pool, playing table tennis and cornhole, and enjoying all of the kayaks, bikes, and boogie boards packed into the shed for your use at the beach. Honestly, I cannot rave about this house enough. We now plan to visit every year and make it a tradition. Thanks again Wendy!!

This is a fantastic property in great location. The owners have thought of virtually everything you could want. They were incredibly responsive to questions/requests throughout our stay. The nice arrival extras are just another "above and beyond" touch. Highly recommend taking the kayaks over to the launch. We spent several hours paddling among the various islands. Tons of wildlife including dolphins that popped up right next to us! Beach is very easy to access and was not overly crowded during our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely return on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

We loved our (much too short) time at this wonderful home celebrating my son’s birthday! Wendy and Jim are the best hosts, very kind and communicative and with so much attention to detail. We were so surprised to find birthday decorations and cake upon arrival it arrival which made our stay extra special :-) There are so many thoughtful touches, and I can’t think of any detail they’ve overlooked. There is so much to do with the heated pool and fun floats, all the games inside and out, and about every thing you could possibly need for the beach from chairs to sand toy and even a wagon to pull it all in. The beach is an easy five minute walk across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area!

All the raves from the stellar reviews were true. The house is spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. We had everything we needed for a family of 6, plus so many more fun toys and games than we'd expected. Comfortable beds, clean warm pool, it has everything. We were traveling with teenagers and a preschooler and everyone was happy. We were in Cocoa Beach for an event that was happening at Lori Wilson Park, so the location couldn't have been better. We really appreciate all the work the hosts have put in to their place and will stay again if we can.

The best we have ever stayed at with wonderful and welcoming touches. The house was so thoughtfully supplied, comfortable, and pretty. It was easy to walk to the park across the street and then onto the beach. This space would be great for a family as the backyard is fully equipped with a variety of games, comfortable spaces, the pool, and is private.

We brought 4 teens and 2 grandparents with us and everyone loved the house and setting. The house was sparkling clean, fully equipped, neat as a pin, and decorated for Christmas! The furnishings were so comfortable and inviting and all of us truly had a chance to relax. The location was perfect — steps away from beautiful beaches, short drive to boat tours and pier, and Kennedy Space Center an easy drive north. We had many questions about surrounding area that Wendy was always quick to answer. We are still talking about the fun we had and this is our first choice and recommended rental for Cocoa Beach!

Wonderful spot for our annual CB thanksgiving gathering. The hosts go above and beyond in every way. We had a blast in the resort like backyard! Highly recommend this home.

We have stayed a lot of properties from big to small and I can say by far Wendy did the one thing most property owners don't do and that is pay attention to detail. The house was well stocked with everything a family needs and things you could forget. Such as coffee, board games, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. Also, we arrived to a welcome sign and cupcakes. As far as the property goes, the space was well thought out both indoors and outdoors. 5 Stars all around.

Stop looking and book this house. Super clean, great location, all the amenities you could possibly want and then some, beachy upscale decor, and great communication with the host. We could not have asked for more for our family vacation with two young kids (3 & 5). Oh, and cupcakes!

I've rented several properties throughout the country and this is by far the best rental I've ever stayed in. The place is even better than the pictures. The backyard was an oasis. Never needed to leave, but if you wanted to, the beach was a quick walk across the street. Inside the house Wendy thought of everything down to the sound machines in each room and the special cupcakes and welcoming signs. All the beds were comfortable and the decor was perfect. We had three at the ages of 18-21 as well as two in late 40's and we all equally loved the place. Would be perfect for younger kids as well. And a must is the simple block walk to the Ice Cream Hut.

The house was perfect! It had absolutely everything we needed.

Amazing accommodations for ALL ages! The kitchen, laundry, baths and outside have everything! There's even a limbo pole and tandem bike. Like, it literally has everything! The only downfall is not being able to enjoy it all! There is even a play kitchen, desk for kids to be creative, books for kids to read and wooden blocks. It was the best VRBO experience I've ever had.

We stayed here for a week-long family vacation that happened to fall over 2 birthdays for our kids. The host, Wendy, knew we were celebrating birthdays and without being asked, decorated the house and bought them an adorable birthday cake complete with their names and mermaid cake toppers. Wendy was responsive and kind about all questions and messages. The house is beautiful, perfect back yard to relax. The spacious yard had lots of games and the pool was the hit of the week (even over Disney!). The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of (wagons, body boards, beach towels, etc.), so you can travel light. The location was also great, right across the road from beach parking, and close to restaurants / ice cream shops and we even saw a rocket launch from the front yard! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us without issue. We can't say enough about this place and the host, we highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and had everything we could have ever needed. The linens and bath towels were exceptional. We stayed near the beautiful pool and enjoyed the outdoor area more than the beach which was perfectly fine with us. We could not have been happier. Thank you Jim and Wendy for being exceptional hosts.

You just can’t say enough good things about this piece of paradise. We enjoyed the house for 5 nights with my bestie and her husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived to a beautiful welcome of cupcakes and decorations. The property is everything you need and want in a vacation home. Close to everything you need, places to eat, shop, and enjoy live music. The Resort in the back yard is so relaxing and the beach is across the street. The house looks and feels so beachy and is very comfortable for everyone. Best house ever …… Thank you Wendy for sharing your piece of paradise. Sheila

Had great birthday surprises and greta house but couldn’t advise for anyone with older kids or wanting any noise at all even during day !! Lawn needed mowed badly , lots of bugs and also bed bugs ! If I had known before I got home and saw doctor I would’ve left immediately thought it was just sand fleas or bats from outside but no !!!!!

We had an absolute wonderful time here! Wendy didn’t miss a single detail! There was even fresh bakery cupcakes waiting for us! She had plenty of entertainment for the kiddos and this property was just adorable! Definitely 10 out 10 recommend!!

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. We rented the house to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail that this house possessed. When I first arrived, I encountered a large blow up birthday cake on the porch, floats blown up and in the pool and a cake and decorations awaiting me inside. It was so thoughtful of the owners to do that for me. But they not only thought of me but every guest that stays in their home. The owners had the house stocked with anything you could ever want. They had coffee, creamers, frosty mugs in the freezer, games, everything you could want for the beach like wagons to carry it all, chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, tent, boogie boards, bicycles, etc... everything down to disposable razors in the bathroom. They thought of makeup towels for the ladies that were black and embroidered, shampoo, conditioner and body wash... literally EVERYTHING! All of my friends were completely impressed and we all said it was THE BEST house we have ever rented. 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house exceeded our expectations! The owners have through of everything with decorating this house and all the other extras provided! The kids loved the shed that was full of bones, pool toys and games!

This is the best property we have stayed in. The pool and the patio are incredible, and you hardly need to go anywhere else. If you still want to go out, you can go to the beach or the river (for using the included Kayaks), which are very close and within walking distance. They have a shed filled with fun things like bicycles, surfboards, bogey boards, and paddle boats. Among other things. The house has all the amenities and is full of pleasant surprises. You will find everything you need. The welcome was very personalized, and the cupcakes were amazing. Thanks Wendy! Look no further, rent this house for your vacation. You won't regret it. Communication with Wendy was very open and constant. You never feel like being by yourself.
