We stayed here for my daughters bday trip to see the redwoods. Could walk to the beach and coffee and 5 min drive to the port. The kids loved the tire swing. Great outdoor space

Clean well stocked house. Comfortable beds and furniture.

The house was very comfortable and well furnished. Bedroom arrangements were good - a queen in one of the bedrooms; twin beds in the second bedroom; and a king in the master. The kitchen was well equipped - had everything we needed for a nice stay. The host checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. The house was very peaceful and quiet and convenient to the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

It was beautiful and peaceful. Very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The master shower was a dream and the beds very comfortable. I slept like a dream. Great stay!

This was a great place to stay with amazing atmosphere. We couldn't of asked for a better place to go to send our friend off to the military. Would recommend to anyone.

Recently remodeled older home which is well done. Very convenient to all parts of Brookings as well as the Boardman State Scenic beaches. Very gracious host! Very affordable option to outrageous hotels. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located near the city center made for easy access to restaurants. The property is at the end of a culdesac which made for a nice, quiet, safe and peaceful location. Check in and check out process was easy. This location asks for reasonable checkout tasks. We’ve stayed at some where they practically want you to clean the house for them. I would definitely recommend this property to any friends or family looking for a nice location in Brookings.

Although we couldn't hear the ocean from this house, it was still very nice and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, walk to restaurants, and short drive to the beach. Would recommend.

We are a large family (18) and had to rent two houses. The other house did not allow more than 14 in the house at any time. Your rules stated that you could not have more than the maximum for overnight. We were careful to follow the quiet times. There was plenty of room for all of us with plenty of room to sit (including a table and other seating outside). The house is light and roomy feeling. I love that you get a glimpse of the ocean from the upper deck. The washer and dryer are large and had plenty of laundry soap. There was just not much hand soap, but there was plenty of shampoo, body wash and dish soap. Being at the end of the street, there was plenty of parking. We loved our visit.

We had a great time! Beautiful weather and great accommodations. Comfy beds. Excellent location. My only gripe would be our sheets were damp on the bed the first night. Maybe the cleaning staff was in a hurry? We would stay here again.

I have stayed in many rentals in Brookings, and this one is particularly wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the house was comfortable, everything was very clean, there was plenty of seating for my family. The kitchen was well stocked. The property was kept up beautifully, the raised porch in the back has a beautiful view of the ocean. The street was very quiet, and being located at the end of the street was very nice. I will definitely book this location again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay. The house if very comfortable and feels bigger than its square footage suggests. We were able to walk to town and visit all sorts of beaches just a short drive away. Samuel Boardman and the Redwoods did not disappoint and were great day trips that didn't add too much drive time to the overall vacation. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! The house was clean and easily accommodated our family of 4 with beds to spare. We have been to Brookings on many occasions, but got to explore some new areas with recommendations provided at the house. The check in/out process was very convenient and the host was available via email if we had any needs or questions. The house was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, making it easy to access town or the beaches within a short driving distance. I would definitely recommend this house and look forward to visiting again.

This is our second annual girlfriend trip at this home and we are very satisfied with the home and location. But given the jump nightly costs, host/cleaning fees and service fees, I think we will opt for another location next year.

We really enjoyed the location in central Brookings near restaurants, shopping, microbreweries, and beach. The house was comfortable and clean. The showers and beds were outstanding..

Nice peaceful place to stay.

This property was nicely located near some beautiful Oregon coast scenery and easy access to The Redwoods. Communication with property manager was excellent; living area comfortable, backyard was beautiful, the kitchen was nicely updated and beds were comfy. We saw several deer every time we drove to/from the property.

Stayed at this super clean house to get a real feel in a neighborhood in Brookings. Super quiet and relaxing and just minutes from the beach. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will come back!

This home was absolutely perfect for our visit in Brookings. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and well-stocked and the kitchen had all of the pots/pans/plates, etc we needed to make all of our meals at home. The backyard was big enough for our18 month old granddaughter to run around and play. The new deck with furniture had ocean views which was wonderful. The added bonus were the deer that frequent the area. Super fun for us to see. I highly recommend this home.

Our family had a lovely stay. The property was ideally located for walking to the beach and downtown areas. The backyard area was nice for relaxing and very private. We enjoyed the house and all of the amenities for cooking. When we needed assistance, Ron was prompt in answering calls. Our stay couldn't have been better! We will definitely return.

We traveled to Brookings to visit family in the area. The neighborhood was quiet, we even saw a few baby deer. The location of the house was near to beaches, rivers, the forest and the grocery store as well as plenty of places to eat including the harbor. The house had everything you would need and the backyard was absolutely perfect for the kids to gather and play! The tire swing was fun for the kids and the new deck had a view of the ocean! Everything in the home was as pictured, the house could just use a deep clean. We had a wonderful time!

We loved this property for a family vacation. The rooms were just as pictured and it was close to everything we needed.

Great location. Nice property. Could have been cleaner. Needed to be vacuumed which we did. Also some of the trim needs to be painted and cleaned. Overall a 8 out of 10

Rental process was simple.

A nice quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac but still a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is spacious and updated. I would stay here again.

We used this home as a home base for a quick trip to explore the northern portions of Redwoods State and National Parks. Everything was comfortable and clean. The property managers could do a better job of stocking the "essentials" - toilet paper, garbage bags, soap dispensers were all in very short supply. We could have called and asked for some to be delivered but it was easy enough to pick some up at the nearby Fred Meyers.
