The listing and previous reviews don’t do this property justice! The location is off the beaten path which makes for a very quiet and serene vacation. The house is larger than the listing portrays and the amenities are top notch. From the countless blankets in each closet to the numerous towels (including beach towels) this house is set up for a vacation where you only truly need to bring clothes. The pools is the perfect size to relax by but also jump in for fun with the kids. The beach access is extremely close and the golf cart makes travel a breeze. I can’t say enough positives about this Gem on the Atlantic! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

The property is just as described. The pool was great to relax in. Fenced in yard for the dogs was nice as well. I would suggest a ceiling fan on the back porch just to keep the air moving while outside. Extremely clean and simply adorable. The neighbor, Dennis , was also very personable and suggested a couple of great seafood restaurants.

Special place, perfect for those looking for quieter Florida. Tons of nature and lots of stars. Home is lovely.

The house is bigger than the pictures show. It looks like it is on a busy road but not much traffic. The area is def up and coming with very nice neighbors. Walking to the beach is doable but with golf cart it is a breeze. Highly recommend. My only complaint is they should add a driveway as you drive up a really wide sidewalk to get to parking pad. It works though Also Internet was down so they gave us a cell modem which was good for Roku TV for.kids.

Very clean. Loved how we could park our boat on the side of the house. No road noise and the yard was fenced in for our little dogs. We used the boat ramp one minute down the street with the children’s playground being totally under the trees for shade. Great location.

The home was very spacious in a quite community. Alina was awesome always available for whatever we may need!

The Aqua Pearl Beach House was the perfect location for our family vacation! Alina Pekarsky was a joy to work with! She communicated with me from the day I booked our trip, until we arrived, and answered all my questions throughly. She was extremely easy to work with and documented the property beautifully. The Aqua Pearl is perfect for any group of people! We booked our family vacation at this location due to the convenience of the beach (short golf cart or car ride or nice leisurely walk), in-ground pool (screened in - nice safety feature for small children or pets), fenced in backyard, non-crowded relaxation area, and wonderfully laid out floor plan. This calm area was perfect if you want to vacation without having to deal with a lot of people on the beach, traffic, or loud noises. We loved feeling like we had the beach to ourselves with very few people on it each day. There were plenty of great restaurants within minutes of our stay. -Captains BBQ -Bronx House Pizza -Funky Pelican Our neighbor Dennis was extremely nice and helpful! He greeted us the very first day and gave great recommendations on food, site seeing, and activities! I can't say enough great things about our stay with Alina at Aqua Pearl! You will be extremely happy with your stay!

We had 6 adults, 2 infants and a dog stay and we had more than enough room. This was a perfect location with just a short drive down the road to park a car or the golf cart right at the beach access. The yard was perfect for my dog and the pool was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay again!!

This is the second time in less than a year that we’ve stayed at this amazing property. It is truly a home away from home, very clean, quiet, and in close proximity to activities and restaurants. The host always is available to answer any questions and made check in and checkout a breeze. We will most definitely be returning in the future.

Five Stars! This rental is perfect if you like to getaway and stay away. Quiet neighborhood, easy beach access and trail riding just across the street! This place was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at this Hammock location. The pool heat fee was a good investment for the season. The house layout was great for parents, children, and in-laws. The only very minor negatives were commercial business noise right behind the house and ongoing road construction between the house and beach.

This house is amazing! Excellent location, very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian had to interfere with our plans, but the owner is very easy to work with. We definitely plan to return when the weather is much nicer!

This was an awesome stay! Beach was not far away and an easy travel on quiet street. Nice pool and porch. Inside provided plenty of room for guest. Overall awesome time!

We had a great time at Aqua Pearl. It was clean and nicely decorated- perfect for the beach. The pool was great; our granddaughter loved it! Having use of the golf cart was icing on the cake! Beach access is so convenient!

Peaceful, clean, beautiful property! Owners very prompt in responding to any needs. Close to the beach, marina, restaurants, parks. Lovely pool out back. We enjoyed the golf cart, although we did have some issues with the batteries. Owners responsive in providing remedy to problems. Beautiful beachy decor! We would love to stay again!

Super cute house! Fenced in yard for the dog. It was to have the pool to ourselves. The beach was super private and relaxing. And the golf cart was an added bonus!

House is open and spacious, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals etc. Extra beach towels. Golf cart was awesome to have to go to the beach. Pool right out the backdoor was a huge hit with the kids. Nice big TVs in every room were also a hit. Very nice bathrooms. Host was very attentive and responds quickly. It isn't a very active area as far as businesses. It's so nice and quiet for the parents and the beach is very wide and flat and not crowded. Was the perfect vacation for us. Do recommend Captains BBQ right across the main road. Fishing at Bings Landing was fun!

The house was very clean nice pool !!! The only thing that was missing was pot holders and could of had a few more towels... Over all we loved our vacation.... Would rent again....

We would rent this property again. The inside of the house is beautiful and we loved the pool.

This property did not disappoint!! We really enjoyed our stay from the closeness of the beach to the golf cart to the pool and so much more!!! You can't go wrong renting this home seriously. The only thing I might would suggest is maybe new fencing around the house and the gate you take the golf cart in and out of. We struggled with the gate a little but it's nothing that will hinder your stay no doubt! Can't rave about this house and area enough. If you want almost noone around you on the beach then this home and Palm Coast area are the way to go. Thank you Alina for your help and letting us rent this home!

We had a fantastic time at this house. We hopped in the car and drove right down the street to the beach and parked there. The access to the beach was very easy and there were bathrooms and a shower to clean off sand. The beach has rocks which we didn’t love at first because we did get cut up on the first day but once we figured out where there were clear spots we were good. The kids also hunted for crabs under the rocks and absolutely loved it. We got to see people riding horses on the beach so that was pretty cool. Also the beach is really secluded which I personally like. There were so few people that it felt like you had the beach to yourself. The house was comfortable. All the beds were comfortable which is always really nice. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The bunk room is super small but fit the kids well enough. The guest bedroom is nice but didn’t have a dresser only a small nightstand so storing clothes was tough. We drove in to St. Augustine one day it was easy to get there. There a grocery stores near by and a few good restaurants. The bbq place at the top of the road was fantastic and we ate at two other places nearby that were good. The golf cart was fun to take evening rides around the close by neighborhoods or quickly drive something up to the beach. The pool is small but big enough for a family of 4 and just nice to lounge in during the afternoon heat. Also the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Overall our stay was relaxing and fantastic and we would come back again!

Overall, the house is cute and the pool is nice. Use of the golf cart is a plus. The cleaning service did a poor job. The prior renters must have had a dog as there was hair everywhere and they did not pick up after it in the yard, there was poop everywhere. The closet light in the main bedroom was out.

Very nice house. Great layout. Very clean! Quiet area and light traffic. The saltwater pool was perfect every day. Nice fenced-in yard for our dog to have a space to exercise. The location of the house is so convenient for daily walking, exploring the beach, or going to Bings Landing to watch the aquatic life and the boats passing through. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great family stay!

property was spotless. fully fenced in for dogs, quiet neighborhood, beach at end of road with parking and bathrooms. golf cart to drive to beach was fun! loved the pool. thats what would make me return, having the option of pool or beach.

The inside of the house is in great condition. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive to any concerns we had. The pool was lovely and somehow a nice warm temperature, saltwater. Very easy check in process. The house is a very short walk down the street from the beach. The beach is very rocky and has rip currents so definitely not for swimming, which we didn't mind at all since we prefer to lay out. Would have appreciated hand soap dispensers and a couple more rolls of toilet paper. The king bed is firm, I found it suitable. There were a lot of wasps outside which we are not used to. The owner had someone come and attempt to do something about it which we appreciated. I think there would have to be less shrubbery to get rid of them maybe. In any case, this house was in a great location and our dog loved running around and the dog friendly beach. We forgot our beach chairs and they had two brand new beach chairs outside for us! There are a few Uber eats options. We didn't use the golf cart because we were a little confused about where we were allowed to drive it. We just drove our car no biggie. I recommend checking out Washington oaks gardens state park, it has lovely gardens on the west side. A coffee table would be a nice addition, and a binder with instructions and nearby attractions. Great location, short golf cart ride to the beach. House is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space, kitchen well equipped. Nice fenced in yard for our dog. The pool was the perfect size for our family. I would stay here again.
