My wife and I booked a last minute stay in this cabin and were very pleased with the accomodations. They were exactly as advertised. Check in was simple (all digital). Communication was great. Check out was easy as well. Tips for future guests: 1) There was not a DVD/BluRay player but it looks like one could be connected if you bring one and presuming owner would allow. I know ... who uses those anymore? Right? Well, we had a series from the library we would have watched. Not a complaint at all as one was not promised ... just FYI. 2) As with many split level units with one thermostat/HVAC unit, there was a significant temperature difference between the lower level, the main level and the upper level (which is the "master" bedroom/bath). We stayed only on the main level so it did not effect us much, but it is probably good to know for a larger group as you make plans for who will stay where. And, again, this is not a complaint as it is very common with these multi-level units. We were very pleased with our stay and have no reservations in recommending it to others.

Great Property! Would suggest owner has it decorated for the holidays for next year, would be nice to have it decorated!

Loved the location. So close to so many things. The neighborhood was easy to find and I liked that it was gated. We could never find the pool but enjoyed the two hot tubs at the house. Me and my husband and kid slept on the bottom floor and the bathroom In our room smelled like sewer the entire time and I don’t think They cleaned our tub. There were black specs all Over that I cleaned off. We couldn’t find the remote to the TV in the game room so couldn’t use it. The water presser in the entire house was awful. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat. It would be freezing upstairs and a sauna downstairs. The kids room got up to 90 degrees the first night so we decided to keep it cold in the entire house. None of the fireplaces worked. The light kind of worked but no heat came out. Overall was kind of disappointed. Luckily we weren’t at the house much so wasn’t too big of a deal.

This cabin was exactly as advertised and spotless. We were able to enjoy the cabin with a party of ten comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathroom. We felt right at home the entire time we were there. Much attention to detail was put into preparing this home for guests. Thank you to the hosts for providing us with a place to make memories with our family.

The cabin is beautiful and has tons of room. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We had a great time at the cabin. There were five of us ladies. There is everything you need. We would definitely go back there and stay. The view is amazing. The cabin is so spacious.

We got to the house late, all the lights were on waiting for us, clean home, and easy to find.

We were very impressed with the beauty of the cabin and it's surroundings. The cabin offered so much room for the 6th of us and had everything that we needed in the kitchen and the living areas. It was wonderful sitting on the back deck looking at the beautiful colors in the trees (I only suggestion to the owner would be to have some kind of visitors book telling directions to places in town and in the neighborhood)

The stay was great. The cabin was just as promised. It had plenty of space. The porches were great!!! Not a lot of parking for several cars or an oversized car.

We stayed here for the weekend while we eloped. It was 10 minutes from town. But still felt like you were very secluded. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Large cabin 3 floors Central location

Very nice!

There were 7 of us staying for the week. My wife and I, 3 children (11 to 15), and a pair of grandparents. There was plenty of space for everyone. We had an easy time cooking and eating our meals. The two porches and hot tubs allowed the kids to have their own space while allowing the adults our own areas to relax! With the ages of everyone, bathrooms are a big deal. Having so many bathrooms was very nice and allowed everyone to have their own schedule. Also having a master suite on the main level was a necessity since the grandparents don’t do well with lots of stairs. This place had everything we need and was a great hike base for our week of vacation! I would stay here again easily!

This cabin had a little bit for everyone on our trip. A pool table and arcade games for the kids, hot tubs on 2 floors and huge wraparound porches. This made for a nice way for everyone to spread out and because of that we ended up spending more time at the cabin together than usual instead of everyone going out to different attractions. Would definitely book this cabin again!

Very clean, great location

We travel for vacation twice a year and stay in condos. This was by far the nicest yet. It exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again!!

Property owner was great to work with and we loved the cabin. Really nice having a master bedroom on every level with their own full bath. Bunk room was also perfect for the teen girls in our group!

Everything about this property was great!

First time ever doing this and I must say I was impressed. I couldn't find the property at first cause it was so dark and the numbers on the outside were also dark. The water pressure was low in some of the bathrooms and we had trouble flushing some toilets. Other than WE HAD A BLAST!!!! checkers, the hot tub, grilling, the atmosphere. Couldn't have asked for better

A few years ago, our family rented a cabin in Wears Valley, and the experience was a complete nightmare. I swore we'd never again rent a cabin in Pigeon Forge, and instead stick with hotels for future visits. I must say, I'm glad I changed my mind. This property was exactly as described, and just as beautiful as the photos. It was immaculately clean, and very accommodating for our large family. Plus, the host was very responsive! I can't wait until our next visit to Pigeon Forge, and plan to rent this very cabin again and again!

As we started to explore the house we noticed some candy wrappers in the main living room on the floor. Upon going down stairs we saw even more candy wrappers, trash, candy , and popcorn on the floor. We also noticed that the pool table had a tear in the felt and that only one pool stick had a tip on it. Then we found an extra pillow that was stained,a torn throw pillow, cobwebs on lamps. I was irritated but let it go because we were just tired and wanted to relax. Later that evening my daughter found candy wrappers in the bed of the bunk room. After this I decided to message the owner. I expressed to him that I didn’t not expect the issue to be fixed that night but i did want him to know the issues with his cleaning company. I text him the photos i had. Although it was late he did respond promptly &was very apologetic and told me he was speaking with his cleaner and would get back to me. The next morning I see a message again apologizing and that said “as a token of your understanding and support,we would like to offer you a 50% refund of the cleaning fee.”It didn’t sit well with me because they said “to process this refund, kindly leave us a 5 star review after your stay, as positive reviews are vital to our growth and success of our small business.”I can’t leave a five star review for a house that didn’t earn it. At this point I didnt message the owner again. We continued to find other things throughout the trip. I genuinely hope these issues are fixed for the next family

The property was immaculate. Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and breath taking views. Our families enjoyed spending our Easter there immensely.

Plenty of room for two families of 4. Only 11 minute drive to pigeon forge. Owner always responded to inquiries in a very timely manor.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! We come to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg at least once a year and rent a different cabin every time. This was my favorite place yet! It was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. The WiFi was also very reliable for the mountains, which was incredibly appreciated with eight of us and all of our devices. We enjoyed the hot tubs and jacuzzi tub - all were great. The beds were very comfortable. We would 100% stay here again!

We had a great time and this property was perfect for us, two families with 4 teenage boys between us. The downstairs rooms with pool table, hot tub and video games was perfect for the teens. Check in process was super simple. Property was easy to find, and not too far from the strip of Pigeon Forge.
