Nice space, plenty of room. fenced area for small dog and nice play area to exercise dogs down the street. Plenty of room for family.

The property was perfect! Everything was so clean & fresh. Lisa has to be one of the nicest hosts ever. She has thought of everything to make your stay as easy & relaxing as it can be. I look forward to my next stay. If you want to stay in a really nice place with an exceptional host, stay at the Flip Flop!

Very nice property! Easy to find and close to beaches and our relatives in Holly Springs. Lots of room for my husband, me, our daughter and grandson. The extra twin bed made this really nice! The owner was very easy to communicate with. She left the front light on for us when she learned we would be arriving after dark!

Fast and easy check in. Townhouse was extremely clean and tidy appeared to have newer furniture to include bedroom sets. Beds very comfortable. Showers with great water pressure too! LISA, the host responded less than five minutes with any miscellaneous questions. Neighborhood is centrally located for trips to Wilmington, Surf City, Jacksonville and N Topsail. Had a great time hope to come back in the future we took three dogs with us. They all had a good time with a small dog park at the end of the townhouse street neighborhood very quiet.

We were in town for my sons MOS school graduation on Lejune. This town home is absolutely beautiful and so pretty inside and out. It was very clean and the amount of extras provided was so convenient and helpful. Plenty of space for our family and I have to mention the neighbors are so nice. Quiet area to relax and the overflow area for parking was nice, too! 10/10 recommend for sure. The owner is awesome and got back to me within minutes anytime I asked a question. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We know where we will be staying when we come to visit again 💕❤️

Nice place just a 10 min drive to beach.

We absolutely loved the cleanliness and location of our stay! It felt like home away from home but minutes from the beach! We were able to bring our pets with us and not have to worry about leaving them at home! (always makes vacation easier for us) We brought all we needed but we saw the “extras” Lisa had available in case you forgot or needed something, that was great. The only thing I would improve or add is adding curtains to the front facing bedroom. Our little girls are used to sleeping in dark rooms but with all the street lights it made it a little brighter than they were used to! We would most definitely stay here again! Lisa was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process!

Our family had an incredible vacation here! The Host Lisa made her every effort to make our stay flawless and make us feel at home there. She seemed to go above and beyond to let us know where to go to eat good food and helped us find fun things to do around there. This place had everything we needed already there. All we needed to bring was our clothes, Toothbrush/Toothpaste, Hairbrush and purchase groceries at the Food Lion Grocery store like 10 mins away and were good to go. There are also games provided in the pantry to have a game night with the family. Highly recommend this place!

We loved the location and cleanliness of this place! There is so many unique touches to add to the beach atmosphere. We loved that there was games for the family and an outside area. My only comment for improvement would be that the front bedroom and living room which had the pullout couch could really use curtains in addition to the blinds because the street lights outside are crazy bright.

Perfect get away. Just minutes away from the beach. Felt like home, anything you need is there, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. It was just great!

My husband and I needed a place to stay prior to our closing on our new house. We have two small dogs, a truck, a car and a trailer and Lisa, the owner, assured us that her property would accommodate us. The townhouse is very nice and very clean. We had a small yard with a privacy fence that kept our dogs contained. There is also a fenced in area for the dogs in the community! The community is very nice and people are friendly. We met several folks in the military. There was parking for our vehicles and an area in which to park our trailer. We found Lisa to be very attentive as she responded to us in a few minutes when we arrived. We could not locate the trailer parking area as it was dark when we arrived, but Lisa talked us through that. She also called us the next day to be certain everything was all right. The townhouse is decorated nicely but not over the top as some rentals can be. The great thing about this townhome is that Lisa supplied so many items! She had ample paper products, coffee, and things that you may have forgotten (thanks for the toothpaste!). We enjoyed the Kuerig coffee maker! This one of the nicest places that we have rented through VRBO. We highly recommend Lisa’s townhome!

We stayed here for for a few weeks while waiting for our house. Our host was very nice and the place was very clean. It was really close to the beach and the stores.

The owner took great care to provide all the things we might need during our stay. Everything was neat and labeled.

My son and I only stayed one night to rest from our 12 hour drive and drop him off at Camp Geiger the next day. The property manager communicated well and the directions and contactless check in was much appreciated. I did a thorough walk through upon arrival, so I could let them know of any damage or anything out of order. I found none. What I did find was very generous amounts of towels, toilet paper, hangers, paper towels, sugar, coffee, creamer and a host of other kitchen items. If you've ever stayed anywhere that only gave you a very limited supply of these items and you had to run out to purchase more, you come to appreciate this managers thoughtfulness! As a big guy, I was impressed with the room I had in the shower. Also, I can only assume that they purchased the commando 450 shower head from the black market on Seinfeld because the water pressure was amazing! Googling places for dinner and breakfast, I found lots of choices very close by. Wish I could have stayed the whole week!

This place was the perfect home away from home. From the moment you walk in you smell the cleanliness of the place. It was such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Would stay here again in the future while visiting my Marine.
