Layout and flow of house were great- plenty of room for gathering together or spending alone time (2 toddlers & 7 adults). Loved the porches. Access to beach was quick. Pictures of pool a bit deceiving-more the size of larger spa. Cute, secluded space however.

The home is extremely clean, had everything you needed, and was beautiful! Loved the pool. When I got up the first morning the Keurig was not working. Within an hour the management company dropped off a new Keurig!! Seriously, who does that?! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great visit. I would stay at this home again!

Everything met or exceeded our expectations! We can’t wait to visit St Simons again. The house location is perfect for bike riding to the beach.

Good house for family & kids, nice porches, small but nice pool in backyard.

This house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family get together. Everyone was comfortable and could find a spot to relax. They didn't have much in the way of cleaning supplies for wiping counters and such so you may want to bring your own. The location was terrific and the check in information was easy to understand. We all enjoyed our stay.

Eight adult family members were very comfortable in this large modern house with lots of bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen was appreciated by some serious cooks. We enjoyed all our meals “at home.” Hope to be back.

The property is gorgeous, lots of space, beautiful house, and the property manager (Pan) was genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Great neighborhood and a very responsive owner and property manager. They took care of anything we needed. Highly recommend this property. Walking distance to great restaurants and a an easy golf cart ride to a nice sandy beach. (We also took a trip to Jekyll Island and loved the Driftwood Beach.)

Manager was quick to return messages and checking in was quick. Very close to the beach and to the village

House is beautiful, new, and clean. Picked this property due to the pool. The only negative was it was dirty when we arrived and I didn’t hear back from the owners. I had to reach out to the management company and they were excellent. The owners were prompt in getting back to me on everything else. Location was perfect for us to ride into town for dinner, breakfast, and desserts. The keurig came in handy. Kitchen looked great but we didn’t cook. Had a little wine/ bar room but we didn’t use that either. Had lots little touches like Bose system, TVs in every room, ect, and xfinity. We only used the TV downstairs though. Parking was very accessible and a garage full of beach/ pool supplies which we didn’t use those either. House is set up for anyone flying in that can’t bring all their own supplies. Rare find off the beaten path and look forward to staying again.

Absolutely great place to stay! Everything was as advertised and exceeded expectations. Will certainly be returning to this home.. cannot find a better dog friendly home with a pool on SSI!

House located on nice street with similar style homes. Open layout including large kitchen is great for large groups. Very comfortable beds. Did not prepare meals, but did appreciate kitchen and newer appliances. Nice laundry room with new appliances. Weather did not allow us to enjoy pool and backyard, but front porch was very nice for enjoying a cup of coffee.

Great house in East beach. A short drive to the ocean. The house is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfy. We will definitely return to this gem the next time we are on SSI.

This was our first time staying here and it was just perfect. The pool was amazing and the front porches so wonderful. Quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall great house and location. My 2 year old loved watching the planes. The pool was an added bonus!

We visited for my daughter's 16th birthday along with some family and friends. The house was beautiful and INCREDIBLY spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the locations was very convenient to downtown and the beach. We had a great time!

Beautiful home in a very central location. Not far from the grocery store, beach, village, restaurants, and Park. Brian and Katy were great with any questions we had.

Very nice house - perfect size for our family with several young kids. Pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids too. Great location, close to everything. Owners are very hospitable and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this house!

Our stay was wonderful! There was plenty of room for 2 family's, 7 ppl. The backyard was fun with the pool, the house was very clean. The location is terrific, it is very close to everything. The TV's were easy to use, and the outdoor patio and front deck is a serene place to relax before or after a long day. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return someday.

Needed curtains in the upstairs rooms for privacy and blocking out early morning sun. Also beds upstairs were very low to the floor and seemed smaller than queen. Overall enjoyed our stay!

This is the perfect getaway for St Simon's Island. The property is in excellent condition. The location is superb - right off Demere and a short walk to the beach or restaurants. Fiddler's is a 5 minute walk! Plenty of space for multiple people (3 large rooms, 1 room with comfortable bunk beds). Amenities at the house were great as well! The private pool in the backyard was the greatest experience as we spent most of our time there. The only complaint from anyone in our party was a lack of curtains in the bedrooms - that bright sun makes it hard to sleep at times! Overall great experience and would come back here without a doubt! 5/5 Stars!

Brian & Katy’s home is absolutely superb! The detail in everything they’ve done to make their guest feel comfortable and truly at home is remarkable. Close to the town & the beach, the location is perfect. Thank you for making our stay so great- we will be back!

This was an excellent short trip. Brian and Katy are excellent hosts. They were very accommodating since we had never been to St. Simon before. We will stay there again.

This house is the perfect rental. Beautiful, very clean, lots of light and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the pool and screened porch in the back. Short trip to best beach on the island. Short ride into town. Definitely recommend!!!

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home. There was 10 people in our group and we never felt crowded, With 5 adults, 4 teens and 1 10 year old. The pool is actually alittle bit larger than pictured and the 5 kids enjoyed it completely. This was our first house rental (usually do a condo) and was not disappointed.

The property was awesome. New and clean and all of the necessities were provided. It was a quick 2 min drive to the beach and conveniently located to all things you need on the island. The neighborhood was quaint and sitting on the many porches/balconies at sunset with the ocean breeze made for great ends to the day. The owners, Brian and Katy, were extremely responsive and made the check in/check out process a breeze and the stay more enjoyable. I look forward to future visits with friends and family.
