trout water out the door, perfect. good amount of space in house, and loved having washer/dryer. location is close to lots of great outdoor adventure.

We had a wonderful stay overall. However, unless the AC situation gets fixed, we probably won't stay they next year. The last time we stayed there, the AC was temperature controlled AC. This time there was window units in the bedrooms and living room. The windows that the AC units were in didn't have proper coverage. The grass hadn't been mowed. I hope the AC issue gets fixed. Sleeping in the bedroom with the AC unit running was like sleeping in a room with a vacum cleaner running all night. The network name and password that were given were not right but I rebooted the router and used the network name and password that were on the label of the router. I want to stay there again but not with window air.

Property is older but was clean. Centrally located for many hikes. Nice sitting by the creek. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The house is very nice and well equipped with kitchen ware.
House was clean and large rooms and everything worked. Area was quite and relaxing with creak next to it.
The area was close to Bryson City and train depot with short drive to Cherokee.

Trash was leftover from last tenant. One roll of tissue paper is not enough for 2 for a week. Got sorry from property manager for Trash, with its picked up weekly, not,we were there 8 days. If not for that it would have been 5 stars all around

Love the small town We loved our house very clean. Only thing I left home was my dog leash and there was one at our air bb was nice got to walk my dog down town and train ride was fun. Thank you for a great place to stay we will be back next spring

the place is very nice, but when we got to the property it smelled a bit bad. We entered the bedrooms and they smelled ugly. The closets were full of blankets on the carpet, they were not folded, we could not store clothes, but at night when we tried to take a shower, we realized that the curtains were very dirty, with moo, hair and dog food on the floor.

We loved this beautiful home right on the Deep Creek. We loved that it was peaceful and quiet but also a quick drive to the town to explore and eat! So many little restaurants and things to do. Great location and we will be coming back!

Property was nice, convenient to town and the surrounding area, and had most everything we needed. The 2nd bedroom, which we did not use, had a strong urine smell. We closed the door to contain the odor. A few of the homes coming into the neighborhood were a little sketchy, but the owners don't have control over that.

Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at the "Shambala"
Great location, quiet area next to the creek. Pet and Kid friendly. House was clean and well stocked with towels and linens.
Quick 3 min drive to downtown Bryson City. My wife walked with our dog into town 15 mins bit no sidewalks.
All in all a great place to stay !!

Comfy king size bed and very well stocked --- the owners have thought of everything one might need. The river is very nearby and the location is super peaceful but at the same time convenient both to charming downtown Bryson City and to the Cherokee Casino (2 minutes to downtown and only 15 minutes to the Casino). We had a relaxing stay and the pupper enjoyed sniffing around the neighborhood.
