Great neighborhood

They offered to clean the next day to make it right. We would have had to pack up all of our belongings while they were there. We travel with a lot of medical equipment so that wasn’t a good option for us. Settle on they would drop off a mop so I could at least get the floors clean since I had already used a container of Clorox wipes. They send a message on the last day asking what fair compensation would be, I said idk, 20%? I get message back a few days later saying they would give me nothing. Terrible that they would ask if they didn’t intend to give one when I had let it go and never asked for anything!!

Perfect location tucked in near the ski area. The house is both cozy and spacious. Great stay.

We were 6 adults and 3 small children. The house and the location were great. We would stay there again.

The 8 of us loved staying at this home! It had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. An easy walk to base area, and a private hot tub!

Great place to enjoy Steamboat

Came up for closing weekend at the ski resort. It was the perfect location! Plenty of room for three couples and two dogs. The hot tub was such an added bonus on the deck after a long day of skiing. We would love to go back.

Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to host family style dinner.

The home was lovely & comfortable with a great location. We had 7 adults and 2 children, and while sleeping accommodations worked, it was tricky to figure out who would sleep where. Management was very receptive to any questions or issues we had (the fireplace did not work when we arrived). The code was turned off before our checkout time. Otherwise, it was a great place!

I surprised my husband for his birthday with 8 of his closest friends. It was the perfect space to have a celebration! We really enjoyed cooking and hot tubing, along with getting out, exploring Steamboat and visiting Strawberry Hot Springs, which is always a great time! We would all book this home again and go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place for a family wedding. Close to everything and everyone else. Loved the village and not needing a car once we arrived. A very clean, beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Management was very helpful and responsive to requests and questions from start to finish, the property was very clean (very clean), it had everything we needed for a family of 4 and our dog, and was in a wonderful quiet location. I didn't feel like I needed to clean anything before use, which is rare in rentals. Really well maintained and was the perfect layout and space for us. The main floor has a half bath, kitchen, dining and tv/family room and access to the back porch with hottub. The basement has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one with a TV and the other with a futon for extra sleeping spots, a full bath with two sinks and the tub/toilet separate, and a laundry closet. The top floor is the master suite with a large bathroom (soaker tub and separate shower), tons of closet space, a king size bed, a tv and a small private balcony. No AC but the ceiling fans on the upper and main floor, portable fans and the cool night air kept it comfortable for us during our stay (mid June). Be aware, the master and one of the other two beds are VERY firm (by far the firmest I have ever felt in my life). If you flopped casually onto it, it would knock the wind out of you. Pillowtop mattress toppers would be a really good addition for both of these beds to at least provide the option for a softer sleep for those who aren't comfortable on beds that firm (I was OK, although I would have preferred something to soften it up, but our 18 year old was not and slept on all the spare quilts and blankets to try and ease the feel of her mattress). We loved the hottub on the back porch, which was exactly the right temperature and clean. There are no stairs or outdoor access to the backporch so we could have the dining room door open and let our dog/kids wander in and out to enjoy the cool air and being outside without worrying they would leave the porch and disappear. A huge bonus to expand the living space and keep everyone safe. It also felt sonrwhat private due to all the large trees surrounding it, even though the houses are clise together. You don't get much of a yard here, but we didn't expect one so that was not a negative for us. Great location near the ski slopes/lifts and wonderful places to walk and a quick drive to downtown and other locations. Overall, a very clean, comfortable place to stay. Perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Steamboat

This house was so close to the gondola! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub was spot on! There were some challenges with the door lock but they came out right away to attempt to fix the lock.

This property was really clean and nice and walking distance to the slopes & Village. The house was well stocked with kitchen needs and had nice appliances. The hot tub is fantastic and the patio has a grill and a table. FYI, the listing says it sleeps 10, but one of the spots is a futon and the other two are a sofa bed in the main living room. I was told one of the downstairs beds was uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom was very spacious with a king bed (very firm) and attached bathroom. Some things for the property manager to note, which I didn’t want to mark them down on, are the small amenities that are expected in these type of properties: coffee & creamer, liners in the wastebaskets, and there was some trash in one of the bedrooms left over. One day we got locked out and called the property management company and they immediately helped us which was great. I recommend this property!

Great experience staying at this house, very central , clean and the rental company was amazing after we had the wrong door code . The kitchen had everything we needed, loved the hot tub and truly a fun time .

Super convenient to the slopes and comfortable.

It’s as close to ski-in, ski-out as it gets! This was our second time renting from Zev and Ximena, who couldn’t have been nicer hosts. They checked in with us both on arrival and departure to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great - very quiet and meticulously maintained. The house was beautiful and clean; it also had just been remodeled with all sorts of high-end touches like fast Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs over the fireplace and in the bedrooms. The main bedroom on the second floor was very spacious with a walk-in closet and huge bathroom. There was more than enough space for our crew of six, with an open floorplan and vaulted ceiling in the common areas. We ate in every breakfast and a few dinners, finding the kitchen to be well-stocked with tools and nice appliances. We really enjoyed the private hot tub, which got a lot of use after skiing. Highly recommended.

We opted for fall colors in steamboat springs for this trip. This house is wonderful. Everything is totally updated and is extremely well stocked with anything and everything you will need. We loved the private path it has that leads to the ski mountain where all of the various festivities occur and the town has always something going on. It is a private home on the mountain and feels very remote, yet you are minutes away from the ski mountain – very unique. When inside the house and looking out, all you see are huge pines and Aspens – very special place. Also, the owners were very communicative with us which made all the difference – we will be back to this house in the winter for sure.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this awesome vacation home. We have been coming to Steamboat for many years, and usually have rented condos, but having a private house was so much nicer. The private, secluded deck and hot tub is great. The house is clean and inviting, and stocked with everything you could imagine, and more. The location in the Landings is great, and feels more like a small neighborhood than a busy condo complex. And, with a total of 36 inches of new powder during the week, the week was amazing. Thanks!

The photos and description do not do this house justice! My husband and I were traveling with 5 - 18 yr old boys and wanted a place that was close to everything, big enough to accommodate us and didn't break the bank and this place delivered plus more. Located just a short walk to the gondalas and the free bus route downtown there was never a lack of things to do. The upstairs master had a flat screen TV, balcony and large spa tub so we were able to have a private area to retreat to when we needed a break. The main deck and hot tub was secluded by a cluster of pines so it provided some privacy where others decks looked directly at another house. The house has been beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed to make our 5 day stay wonderful. Zev was a great host and prompt with all communication. Looking forward to renting this place again for our next stay!!!

This is my second time renting this beautiful home for our vacation to lovely Steamboat Springs, CO which we greatly adore. This house is in the perfect location. Most of the properties close to the ski mountain are all condos and townhomes and I dislike that environment as I do not feel like I am on vacation. The landings area is very unique as it is the closest area to the mountain with spread out beautiful large homes. The Street is super quiet and the comfort of having a trail straight to the ski time square is a big plus. The owners keep this house in immaculate shape and seems like they have very professional helpers if anything is needed. They are a pleasure to communicate with and are always in touch to make sure all is good. The Master Suite on top floor is amazing as it is totally separated from the house so once you go up and shut the door, it is like being in your own suite which was also very important for us. It is the same scenario downstairs with the two very large bedrooms and an open area that leads to the restrooms, laundry area etc.. – my favorite part of this house is the Living room which is super cozy with huge windows all the way to the ceiling creating a very big open feeling (amazing when it is snowing outside and you are sitting by the fireplace). The Deck right off of the living room and dining room is quite large and has a new Jacuzzi which works great and always serviced by the pool company that comes out to check chemicals etc.. every few days. I tend to be very detail oriented and there is nothing I can truly say is a negative about this set up they have here – highly recommend this house for winter or summer. We were here last in the summer and it is beautiful – house is very light and bright with lots of sunshine coming in.

We had a wonderful Family vacation in this beautiful home. everything was as described and location is perfect - so close to the mountain - yet far enough to be in a very quiet spot in the woods - we were looking for a private home as we wanted our family privacy and wanted to be in the jacuzzi by ourselves and not with a bunch of strangers so this was perfect. the deck where jacuzzi is a a magical spot with a beautiful view of the sunset and all of the Aspens and pine trees all around you. the hosts were wonderful - always checking in and making sure all is good. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to come out to enjoy Steamboat Springs - a great town with lots to do - great restaurants - just a perfect family vacation.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed an absolutely incredible vacation in Steamboat. The house was absolutely perfect. It’s only a five-minute walk from the mountain, which is very convenient when you are carrying all that gear. The house gives the perfect lodge-like feel while also being extremely modern and well kept. The jacuzzi was wonderful after long days of skiing, and the homeowners couldn’t have been more accommodating with any questions/concerns we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning for another vacation here. I highly recommend this house!

Stayed here for a few days with family. It was an amazing vacation. The house is so cozy- you really feel like you are in the mountains. We loved to use the jacuzzi and just enjoy the view from the deck. The house was clean and came with everything we needed. It was so convenient to go skiing as the mountain is literally a five minute walk away. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Owner Zev was very responsive to any questions I had and very accommodating. Very very nice guy. The house itself is wonderful, the interior was beautifully decorated and very cozy, we felt at home right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools and equipment for nice home cocked meals, which we took full advantage of. It was also stocked with a collection of spices, coffee, tea, etc. There is a hot tub at the deck in very good condition and looks clean and new. The rooms has very comfortable beds and we all slept like babies. Bathrooms were clean and towels provided, so we really couldnt ask for much more. There are even a few sleds in the garage you can play with (I wish we knew cuz we bought one and now Zev will find an extra sled in his garage). Location of the house is very near the ski base as well as restaurants, grocery stores, shops. Most things are within 5 mins drive. We had 2 cars and it was really easy to get around. I have stayed at condos by the slopes and I much prefer the house if you have a car. It just gives you more privacy, you can have a hot tub in private and it's a much nicer atmosphere. Check in and check out was easy, refund of deposit was very prompt. Highly recommended. We will definitely rent from Zev again if we come back to Steamboat Springs!

We had a great little vacation in this property. we stayed for only 5 nights with my sister and my boyfriend and another couple. the house is perfect. it is very well stocked with anything you might need. we do not like to eat out so we cooked everything in the house and the kitchen set up is complete. the upstairs master suite is great as it affords you total privacy away from the rest of the house. the downstairs 2 rooms are very well appointed. the Deck with the jacuzzi is awesome and jacuzzi is brand new. we spent a few days skiing and skiing is a short walk away. we rented our gear through the shop the owner recommended and it was great and we got a great discount. during our stay, the weather was really cold so we also stayed in for a few days and just relaxing and reading in the living room with the fireplace on and enjoying the view from the huge living room windows which are 2 stores high was a treat. we will definitely rent this house again. the owner also showed us the house next door which is bigger than this house and can hold many more people and also has the same higher end appointments throughout.

  Location is ideal for this house – you just walk along this designated path and in a few minutes, you are at the ski time square where you get on the mountain to ski. This was a Must for our vacation and we nailed it with this location. The house is very nice and very well equipped. The living area is very cozy and we used the Gas Fireplace most of the time as it creates lots of nice heat around the living and kitchen area and so nice when it is snowing and a blizzard outside. The rooms are all very large and have plenty of extra everything you might need on this type of a vacation. Downstairs, they have extra electrical heaters in case someone in one room wants it to be warmer than In the other room –  the communication with the housekeeper and the owners was above board as they were on top of our reservation before we arrived and once we were there, were constantly making sure everything is as we expected and made sure we were all good. This was a wonderful experience for us – a beautiful family holiday vacation  which made the whole family spend lots of time together. The back deck with the big Jacuzzi was amazing – we were soaking in every day after skiing. Also, the relationship the owners have with Powder pursuits is great. We opted not to bring all of our gear up as airlines charge extra per person so Zev suggested we rent Demo good stuff from this shop and we did and received a huge discount – it was great because we could try out different skis and snow boards every day and they stored it for us. The shop is right at ski time square so it was perfect. We walked to the shop, got our gear and got on the ski lift to go up -  these folks know what they are doing and I am highly recommending them. They were very good to us and everything was as promised to be and even more.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. the owners were on top of everything. the Caretaker, Lurbin, is the sweetest thing on earth. when we arrived, she brought some Empanadas that really hit the spot and was very attentive to our needs if we needed something when we called her. the house is very well stocked and everything was super organized and clean.
