This is our first visit to Indian Shores. The beach is really beautiful. I had no idea that the sunsets were right off the balcony. I took more pictures of sunsets than I did of my family. The condo is great, we had plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable, I have never slept so well! There are plenty of chairs at the pool all day so you could come and go and not worry about not having a chair. The hot tub was large but never crowded, so we often had it to ourselves.The main road the condo is on, has a dedicated bike lane and a separate pedestrian lane on both sides. I walked to the bakery at Indian Rock Beach every morning which sort of defeated the purpose of my walk but it was delicious. There is also a bike rental shop nearby which would have been fun as well. We ate dinner at Caddy's right across the street a few times, they have something for everyone. Overall it was a great trip and fun to get to know the area.

Wonderful week at a great condo overlooking the Gulf. Owner was very quick to reply to questions and provided a wealth of information regarding the property and area attractions.

Love the location of this property. Right on the beach and the sunsets are breathtaking. Would highly recommend. This property had nice beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cart for the beach. It also had beach towels for our use. Plenty of towels, tea towels etc. If you have infants they had a pack and play, seat for table, silverware etc. Nice furniture. The property manager is great and if you call or text him he is readily available. We even got in early and went to the beach. We have dealt with the property manager last year and highly recommend him.

Amazing beachfront location! Sunsets and walks on the beach wonderful. Heated pool a bonus. Condo was very well appointed, nicely decorated with plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Make sure to eat at nearby Salt Rock Grille and Cafe de Paris during your stay!🦀🐬🐠🐚

We stayed over Thanksgiving with our daughter and in-laws and were very comfortable (four adults, one child). Tom our host made the check-in process super easy and provided a lot of local information. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. The condo had a great view of the gulf and direct beach access. The pool was heated and very nice. The condo had a set of beach chairs and sand toys for the kiddos. Inside the condo was comfortable and everything worked as advertised. Eating breakfast every morning overlooking the gulf was amazing and we miss that view already! We even used the kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner for ~10 people and had no issues, everything was great.

The property was just as described on VRBO. Very clean and comfortable.

The property complex is well maintained. Beach access is great and is nice to have the pool as another option. Having Caddy’s restaurant across the street is a definite plus and the trolley that runs from Clearwater Beach to St Pete Beach was easy to navigate and allowed us to explore the area without the hassle of finding parking. Many choices for restaurants. The unit itself has many amenities, is nicely decorated, spacious and beds were comfortable. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular.

Very nice place to stay. Beach was clean and condo was very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins swim by and flip in the air! Would definitely stay again!!!

The beach was steps away and beautiful. Our Condo parking spot was steps from the elevator and our condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook with, go to the beach or pool or play games. The owner was readily accessible and very helpful if we had any questions. I highly recommend this as your vacation escape.

Tom was very responsive to all my questions. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of chairs for the beach. The only minor negatives were that only one restaurant was within walking distance, and the bed pillows were a bit flat. I definitely recommend this place. We had a great time!

If you want a beautiful property at an uncrowded beach this is the place for you! The view was beautiful and the condo was stocked with everything you could need...a canopy, beach chairs, every kitchen utensil you could think of, beach towels, some board games, etc. etc. The king sized bed was so comfortable that my husband took a picture of the tag to research it when we get back home (to possibly get for our house). Also, Tom the owner sent out a very organized text with any information you could want about a week before the trip. If you want a comfortable, clean condo stop looking...you've found it!

Condo location was great and scenery couldn’t be better. Owner was responsive to maintenance requests early on in our stay. My biggest critique is that the unit only has one parking spot. We were lucky to secure one of the very few guest spots the first day and played a little back and forth parking game to keep it for a couple days but by Tuesday we ended up having to park our second car a half a mile away which was a huge logistical challenge for the remainder of the week. Despite that, we had a really nice stay.

The property came as advertised which means a lot to us. Checking in was easy (condo was ready early which is always great), the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the view is fantastic at sunset. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

This condo is on the 4th floor which is just high enough to feel like you are right on the beach but also has palm trees in front of the balcony. It had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and the beach umbrella and chairs were a nice extra. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this property, and we absolutely love staying here. The location is perfect for everything that we want to do. Best of all, the view is spectacular (and sure beats snow!) and we just love being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the surroundings. Tom was wonderful and immediately took care of any concerns that we had. We hope that we can book this property again.

Perfectly situated for beautiful sunsets over the gulf. Owner has thought of all the details: comfortable beds and seating, immaculate layout of all kitchen and household supplies, adequate starter supplies (coffee, paper towels etc.), beach towels and equipment, puzzles and games. Pool was heated and comfortable in January and hot tub was delightful. Beach is a few steps away for long walks, terrific shelling or fishing. Check in and out very simple, and owner replied quickly to our questions. One of the cleanest, most comfortable, easiest to use and best maintained VRBOs that I've ever stayed at.

Stayed week of Christmas 2021. Felt so lucky to escape the pending winter and make this our first family trip since Covid. Had never been to IRB before & was charmed by it’s quaintness. Great warm hot tub, beautiful sunsets! Condo had everything we needed to start our trip. Beach towels/ hair dryer, lots of kitchen utensils & Beach chairs. New owner and was able to transfer our reservation easily. Enjoyed our stay! Note- would replace well loved couch. We are a family of 6 adults and while the tv was very large in the family Room, hard to sit 6 ADULTS around to relax/visit at end of Long Beach day. Did appreciate outdoor table and chairs as well as table inside for 6.

Location was great being on the beach. Cleanliness could’ve been better along with better stock of paper towels, toilet paper, bath and beach towels. Very minimal

This area of Florida was new to us and we found it to be charming, Check In was easy with key less entry and clear directions to the condo. The condo was recently refreshed and presented well, everything worked as it should . The master bed mattress was new and firm and we liked very much. The sofa in the living room was not very comfortable, the bathrooms are small. The stunner Is the view from the balcony, whether having breakfast on the balcony or a glass of wine at sunset. The building is clean, well maintained, elevators prompt. Beach is lovely, you can have long walks . Great restaurants in the area.

We enjoyed our stay because the condo was centrally located and the 3 bedrooms meant that we had more than enough room to spread out. The view of the beach and sunset was amazing!

"FANTASTIC. We had a great time and absolutely loved your condo. Every room was spotless, the kitchen had enough utensils for 5 condos, the view of the Gulf was amazing both from the great room and the master bedroom. The location is within easy driving distance of Tampa, Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg and many other places. The washer and dryer were perfect you since there were six of us. We will highly recommend your condo to friends and acquittances, and hopefully we will be back again. Wishing you all of the best and thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us.
