Great house

We had the best time at this property. The house was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. Just a short drive to local restaurants, supermarkets, retail, etc. Local beaches, like Siesta and Lido Key, were just a few min away, and we really enjoyed the pool area, especially during this heat wave. The property owners were always available to answer questions and were great help during our stay. We really recommend this property and we'll book it again the future.

Highly recommend this property! It was everything we could have wanted and more. The pool and patio area is even nicer than the pictures with more stuff! Beach chairs and beach towels were very nice to have. We stayed in more than we planned because we couldn’t leave the pool area, it was just so nice! Close to everything. Clean, great communication, and a great stay!

Our family of four including two teens, had a great stay at this property. The photos are very accurate. The remodeled layout is perfect, open and comfortable. The space is maximized and the decor is perfect. The amenities and appliances were all in working order and user friendly. The outdoor space and pool were wonderful and spacious. The location of this property is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to just about everything in every direction. We were able to venture out to Sarasota, Bradenton, St Armand’s Circle, siesta, bird and lido keys with ease. I’ve already looked to book this property again but it is unavailable for our dates. I guess the word got out on how nice it is.

We have just returned from THE most perfect holiday. The house was perfect, everything we could have wished for and more. We cycled on the bike trail every day, headed to the beach, all towels and chairs provided which is a bonus. The layout of the property worked perfectly for all different ages, 74 down to 19. Every amenity was catered for. None of us wanted to leave which says it all!! I’m sure we will be booking again!!

Ease in moving between private pool to Siesta Key Beach each day! Property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. House was very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent stay.

The house and location was everything our family of 5 hoped it would be. It had everything we needed, including pool toys and bikes for the kids. The location made for easy trips to Siesta Key, Lido Beach and St. Armand’s Circle. The house was quiet, private, and has the most relaxing covered backyard pool. We hope to rent this property again for our next visit.

This property is as advertised! Pool/patio area are actually better than advertised. Close proximity (20mins) to siesta key and lido beach. Clean, bright with spacious rooms. We will be back!!

This property was a great place for our family to stay for Spring Break! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect for the four of us, and everything in the listing was accurate. The owner was great to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to friends as well.

While many items in the house were good, it was not warm and inviting and a number of the little things we’re missing. Upon checking in we found open bags of coffee with hardly any grounds left. No sponge to wash dishes. . A master bath shower with no place for soap or shampoo. Furnishings were also scarce - no dressers in bedrooms although rooms large enough. Even no shelves in the large master walk in closet. This house has potential. For just a few hundred dollars they could address the gaps and make the place more warm and inviting.

Enjoyed our two week stay! House was supplied with everything we needed! Pool was wonderful too! We could get to everything we wanted to do within 10-15min. My husband enjoyed the trail to ride his bike that was close and easy to access! The only thing we could have used was a microwave, but we managed just fine without it! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much ...convenient to everything! It was the perfect size for us and the open kitchen/family room was so nice to have to all hang out together. Had a very comfortable stay here. Decor is bright and appealing. Pool area is well done and inviting! Nice location, very close to Legacy Trail for walking & biking and a short drive to Arlington Park where there is a lovely walking trail, aquacenter and tennis courts. Sarasota has a lot to offer. The only thing missing at this property is a microwave!

We absolutely loved this home! Clean, renovated and perfect for our family. The pool was gorgeous and very clean. Location to beaches and downtown Sarasota was ideal, but far enough to be private and quiet. Only thing missing was a microwave. Owner very responsive to messages prior to check in.

We had a wonderful short stay! There were 6 of us, kids and adults and this was perfect. We had plenty of room and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The home was very clean and we just loved the roomy kitchen. Check in process was simple, we got in very late at night and had no issues. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and were able to use the bikes and take a ride on the trail nearby.

Our stay was wonderful! The home is well furnished, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay and for the beach. We did appreciate the beach needs. Location was perfect! Close to beaches. The only small downfall was the coldness of the pool. Most days it was cold and we couldn’t enjoy it as much. There was an additional cost to raise the pool temp, but it wasn’t 80 degrees as was stated. Other than that, it was no biggie at all. Overall, excellent stay and definitely would stay again.

This home was beautiful. Our kids loved the pool and all the toys. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooked meals and more. The open concept in this home really made for a great time with the family. Another big PLUS was the beach amenities that came with the home!!! I do have a couple of critiques, however they can be easily corrected and does not take away from our overall experience in this home. The rental agreement and check in instructions could be revised, there was a grill listed on the amenities. However, when we received the rental agreement it listed “No Grilling.” We asked the property manager about this and she quickly clarified that a grill was included and allowed. Lastly, on the check-in instructions under the Wi-Fi section, it was noted that there was a portable speaker but we found no speaker in the home after doing our initial walkthrough upon arriving. Again, we contacted the manager and received a quick response that there was not one in the home. Property manager was always quick to respond for everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We will definitely try staying here again in the future!

Our experience with this home was one of the best we’ve ever had. The house is designed perfectly to set you in the vacation mindset and the home owner made everything possible for us to have a great stay. Thank you so much for this experience and we will be recommending!

We loved the house and kids loved the pool. This is a very clean house that was beautifully updated. We would have liked a microwave but that was a minor issue.

My family and I had a great stay. There were a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly - we thought the property management was great. One thing to note is that there are security cameras at the property, although reportedly not monitored during stays.

The house is stunning, clean and spacious… me and my family loved it. Great communication with the property manager. We all love the pool as well and we enjoyed the bike rides on the close trail. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️
