This property was even better than expected! There was more than enough room for our family of 8 - (including two small children). It was so comfortable & family friendly, and the perfect retreat after a long day out on the lake. They provided every amenity needed for a perfect family vacation! The communication was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

The check in was easy. The instruction and additional information for attraction, places to go, available services in the surrounding area are excellent. One of the problems was the room next to the garage was hot. Apparently, the AC didn't reach that room enough. There was a portable fan provided but it wasn't enough to get rid of the heat. So we ended up open the bedroom door so night to get the AC from the kitchen/ living room. The second problem was the refrigerator did not dispense the water and ice but the ice were provided in a bucket and regular ice cube container. The 3rd problem, the water filter from the sink faucet was plugged that made it ran very slow

What a great little place. Very clean, cool and easy to get too. Owners were fantastic to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Very clean with the best stocked kitchen I've seen (spices, appliances, foil/cling film, etc.) in a VRBO/air B&B/timeshare. Perfect base for exploring Antelope Canyon, kayaking the upper Colorado River (Lee's Ferry to the dam) and close enough for day trips to sites/National Parks in Utah. The host responded rapidly to communication and provided good recommendations on things to do in the area. Definitely recommend!

This house was so close to great restaurants, shopping, Antelope Canyon Tours and Horseshoe Bend. The backyard was so nice with the Joshua trees, patio furniture, fire pit and adorable visiting chickens. We only stayed for two nights and I wish I had booked it for longer. Will book again when in the area.

This property is very nice. It was convenient to restaurants and the major attractions. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. The backyard was very nice with a covered patio and comfortable patio furniture. We would come stay again.

Nice home for a family. We did not use all of it as a couple. So comfortable. Walking distance to so many places. A short drive to everything we needed. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This house was immaculately clean, well equipped and roomy including outdoor patio area with a visiting chicken.
The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked (including coffee and creamer) and an ample supply of matching tableware. We did not use all the appliances but they were numerous. Nice washer and dryer.
The location is convenient to many sites in the area.

First impression from outside was questionable but when we opened the door we were impressed. The inside of the house was very clean and updated. Large kitchen with everything you would need. Beds are comfortable. We did do a double take when we saw 2 chickens on the side yard probably from the neighbor. No extra charge for rhe wildlife experience. Athe most impotent thing is the cleanliness was impressive.

Great place to stay…so close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend! Lots of places to eat too. The Dam Bar & Grill was a delicious. We were so close to downtown/everything.

Brought my family of 4 and my parents up to Page to see the beauty of the Navajo nation, it was incredible. This location is perfect, 5 minutes from glen canyon dam, 5 minutes from horseshoe bend. The host was amazing, making recommendations for our tours and dinners. She also responded right away when I had a question. The backyard is nice, we even enjoyed a fire on NYE. Would definitely stay again, can’t wait to come back to see more of the beauty of Page!

Great location, 7 minutes from Horseshoe Bend, 3 minute to Antelope Canyon Tours office, 5 minutes to Walmart. Spacious, very clean, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely book again.

Quiet neighborhood home. Even the pup enjoyed the fenced backyard and local dog park! We had a few questions on arrival and received an immediate response. Everything is within minutes of this location--Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and much more.

Our trip to Page was wonderful! The check-in process was so smooth and easy. I really appreciated the detailed notes and suggestions for attractions, restaurants etc. That was most helpful! The house was plenty large enough for our group of 5 adults. The extra blankets were a nice touch!

It was a very nice house and area. The house was very clean and updated. We had couple chickens in the backyard! It didn’t bother us at all because we have chickens back home. Some guests might not like that. Overall a very nice home!!!

We had a fabulous time in Page, Arizona and this rental was perfect for my family (with two adult children). We also loved the fire pit! So cozy on a cool night! Home was just as described and very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice home- true to listing. The beds were the best- very comfortable in the 3 rooms our family used. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. The host was great to work with.

Our host was very quick in replying to our concerns when we arrived late in the evening and found the house had not been cleaned, she came herself and brought clean linens and towels and had it properly cleaned the next morning.
Stuff happens and she fixed the issue very quickly and even returned our cleaning fee, which was a very nice gesture.
but the property was a little sad,
The grass had not been cut in couple of weeks, the cactus garden was over grown with weeds, and the sunflowers border was three lonely plants.

Clean, well-stocked. Responsive host. The beds / floor were protected with plastic so made come crunchy noises, but otherwise very comfortable. Great backyard sitting area.
