Cozy beds, awesome showers, fun outdoor space, and very responsive hosts. Had two minor issues that the owner responded to and resolved immediately. Would stay again for sure!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well done. Really nice decor, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. It was rainy during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or backyard, but it's a fun setup. Communication was good with the property manager. Checkout was 10am. I suppose we would have wanted a slightly later checkout, but it was clearly communicated upfront so no problem. One note about the location: the house sits just to the east of downtown. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Riverwalk, Alamo, etc. We enjoyed the easy acces to downtown, but the neighborhood to the east of the house doesn't feel super safe. The house does have a gated driveway , which helps, but be mindful of coming and going when staying here. Other than that, we really had a fun stay. Thank you.

The property was very clean and fairly true to the pictures. The property was in an industrial area and our friend from the San Antonio area said it was a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, don’t walk when it gets dark out especially near the underpass. Internet was a constant issues, not everyone could get on and then it went out completely the last 24 hours. We tried contacting the managers of the property via phone and later the app, we didn’t receive any response until 24 hours after we checked out. They then made it seem like my fault that I used the numbers provided in the binder that apparently are incorrect. Property management company was unhelpful, ready to blame me and never made anything right other than a weak apology. If nothing else I would avoid them for that.

We loved our stay here. The house is decorated with the cutest touches and the backyard is so much fun. As a group of girls we felt very safe with the added gate out front and secure entrances to the house. The neighborhood is great with breweries walking distance and the pearl district is only a 3 min drive. Highly recommend this place to stay! Lee was very responsive and we felt taken care of.

The house is adorable and the outside area is super fun. We hung out around the pool all afternoon one day during our stay. Ubers are easy and convenient and it is reallly easy to get around. Everything about check in and check out was easy and the owners checked in on us while we were there. But we didn't need anything, because everything was already perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

This VRBO was a great experience. The owners laid everything out very clearly. The house is great and the backyard was a wonderful touching point. Would stay again.

I started to write more about who were are and what kind of vacation we were on when renting this property, but then I figured I was doing that thing food bloggers do when you have to jump over a story you don't care about to get to the recipe, so I deleted all that junk and created a bulleted list of things I would find helpful if I was deciding whether to rent this property. :-) ...though it might be helpful to say we were a group of six adults roughly 35- to 75-years-old. - Yes, this house is as spacious, beautiful, and clean as it appears in the photos! We were all in love and would definitely stay here again. - The neighborhood isn't quite what we were expecting, but it didn't seem dangerous or anything. - The proximity to downtown is amazing if you're planning on sight-seeing. My Lyft from the Marriott Riverwalk took five - yes, FIVE - minutes! (I was coming from a conference.) - The kitchen is 3,000% better stocked than any other rental I've stayed at...and I'm saying this as an avid home chef who was excited to show-off for my in-laws for the first time. - Of the things we used, everything worked as expected: locks/gate, appliances, plumbing, grill, and pool. - We fit two vehicles in the driveway, and it would definitely fit one more...maybe two. - Beds and pillows were of better quality/more supportive/more comfortable than other rentals (or guest rooms!) I've stayed at. - I hope y'all are doing something other than watching TV when you visit, but - holy moly - there are TVs if ya need them! In summary: highly recommend!

We loved our stay, the property manager helped with all questions we had. We loved the outdoors area and had a blast swimming, hanging out, and playing pool.

Perfect location for our multi family vacay. Location was close to downtown and location across the street from alamo brewery was a plus. Great communication! 2 of the propane tanks were empty and someone was sent over within hours to exchange. Outdoor area was the center of our stay! 2 thumbs up from all!

This is a great house. Close to downtown and convention center. Neighborhood is quiet. Lots to do for everyone with pool, sitting area, pool table, etc. Large rooms and plenty of bathrooms. This is one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed at.

I first want to say that it took over 24 hours to get a response on questions prior to arrival. Once we arrived I sent a question regarding the waterfall in the pool (which is in the photos of the property on the listing) and it took a day for Lee to respond. Once he responded he had to “get back to me” which he said we don’t allow guest to turn on the pumps and that he hopes I understand. I asked for someone to come turn the fountain on since he wouldn’t let me and he ignored me. It appears some of the photos showing the fountain have been taken off the listing. What I understand is that it shows a waterfall in the photos and I expected that to be an amenity at the property. The stools in the room where the pool table is are broken with screws taped to the top of them, the corn hole is badly damaged and warped and not usable, grill was dirty and the propane wasn’t connected. I asked the dimensions of the pool and never received a response so I measured when I arrived for other guest to know. The pool is 9ft x 18ft. It won’t fit more than 1 lay down float comfortably. You could put some small floats in tho. They do have a few donut floats and 2 lounge chairs. (which I also asked about but was told to look at the photos. I went back to the photos and they are blurry by the spa if you want to see them). If you are just wanting a plunge pool to get wet then this will work. Also there is no umbrella near the pool. Inside: The beds we’re comfortable. The couch in the front/entertainment room is pleather and flaking off to the point where it gets all over your clothes. It is very worn and for the price you pay per night it should definitely be replaced. Also, just fyi some of the rooms have Streaming serviced logged in but other rooms you have to use your own password to login.

The property location is very convenient to the convention center. The neighborhood is a mixed bag and there are some run down houses but this house is exactly as represented in the photos. A very cool shabby sheik element everywhere. Convenient walk to beer gardens and brewery. Kitchen could be better stocked with salad bowls and a few more items but generally everything we needed was there. Very nice outdoor kitchen.

We had a very good time. Property manager always got back to me in a timely manner which we appreciated. There was a few things that needed to be fixed and they came out promptly within a day to take care of the matters. Overall very nice house would definitely recommend it.

The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for the 6 of us. We were a bit concerned when we found garbage in multiple bathrooms and a dirty sponge in the shower, but felt the home was clean for the most part. There is an expectation of the host for guests to clean up the outdoor grilling area; however, it didn’t appear that area had been cleaned in weeks! Needless to say, we didn’t use it. We chose this home as it was only a little over a mile from downtown, had the space we wanted, and offered a fabulous outdoor experience. Unfortunately, the home is located in a sketchy neighborhood making it unsafe for us to walk to our destinations, as we had hoped, except in the day time. While we did enjoy our coffee in the morning sun and seating was plentiful on the back patio, we were quite mislead with the swimming pool and spa. The pool was tiny and filthy, and the spa only fit 3 people at a time. So, naturally, we never used the pool, which was a huge let down as we all came from colder climates, and were bummed we couldn’t all be together in the hot tub. Not everything was a let down as the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious for 2 people to share easily. If you are considering renting this VRBO, make sure that pool access or walking downtown are not a priority. If you are traveling with couples, the max would be 4 couples where 2 couples would have to share a bathroom. They do advertise a trundle bed in the hallway which would be fine for children but offers zero privacy. The cost for this VRBO does not match what is offered, but it is a charming space if you plan to Uber or get a rental car and don’t plan to use the pool or some of the outdoor amenities.

Loved the house! All the entertainment you need in the back yard. Located in a transitional neighborhood that is convenient to the city and airport. House was very clean and owner was responsive to our needs.

Very clean, nice updates, and plenty to do!

We were in town showing livestock at the San Antonio Livestock Show. It is always a busy show with early mornings and late nights. This home was perfect! After long days in the barn, we could come home and relax in a comfortable home with many luxury amenities. The hot tub was perfect to unwind while we grilled in the outdoor kitchen. There was plenty of space for our girls to spread out and keep up with their homework. The property was safe with a locked gate. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of linens for each of us to shower every night. I would highly recommend this property as it is close to many activities in San Antonio while offering amenities that you cannot get everywhere. The owner was easily accessible although things were so that we didn’t need assistance. He did, however, check in during our stay to make sure things were as expected. We are looking forward to booking again over the summer months to enjoy the pool!

The property had it all, close to down town and all the amenities that people could ever want. The owner is responsive and super helpful.

We had an amazing stay. All rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Kids were able to swim while we hung out at the outdoor kitchen. The house was super convenient for everyone and close to downtown. Also enjoyed the pool table, dart board, corn hole game, and jaccussi. We would recommend this house for any family or group.
