9 years of the 3 of us going to the lake but first time in this condo. Beautiful condo that we would definitely stay in again!

The stay was great the cleanliness of the unit wasn’t as I expected not very clean. We stayed in building 7 Lars year it was very clean. We love the area would have liked more cleanliness in the unit. Thanks

Water view from living room is great but view from master bedroom is ruined by windows that are discolored and dirty, can't see out them. Property could supply a few small amenities to make it more welcoming. Such as a few kcups or coffee, hotel size toiletries. The directions for TV remote are out of date as well as the list of things in a miscellaneous basket (flashlight, child proof lock, etc) and its location. The patio door was not locked when we arrived. The heat was turned way down and water was supposed to be off but it wasn't. The instructions to leave included running dishwasher 2 hours prior to leaving so you can shut off water and turn heat way down before leaving. I think it would feel way more welcoming to come into a unit that the inside was up to temp and water on etc. And the cleaning person or property management could take care of this. Feels a but like maintenance work for the guest first and last day.

View from living room and balcony exactly as shown in picture and even better when sitting on the balcony. Great place to stay for foliage change. We were just about a week to early. Erin, the manager was very helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

We are familiar with the property, we have friends with condos there. We had a great stay and the property was clean and the condo was excellent.

We enjoyed the location and had easy access to our boat. Everything was great! Would be awesome to have a couple more towels for showering!

Very clean and convenient access without any steps. Great view of the lake. A bit outdated and master bedroom TV did not work.

Condo was very nice and well advertised. We had a small issue with lightening and the management group attended to it very promptly. Was well pleased.

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Osage Beach to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time. So much so, we were searching to add an extra day or two to our trip. The property manager, Erin, is amazing. She was quick in her responses and very accommodating. I felt like I was best friends with her by the end of our trip because of her attentiveness and care for us as guests. The condo was clean and wonderfully decorated. We spent most of our time there on the balcony watching the boats and admiring the view. We are already looking to go back and will most definitely be staying with Erin again. Seriously, I cannot say how much we appreciated her. She made our stay so relaxing:)

The property was clean and matched the pictures. The stay was amazing and the communication with the property manager was fast and they were very accommodating.

We have stayed at the Ledges in the past. A condo with a main channel view is a must. This Condo also did a great job of checking the other boxes as well. Nice Master Suite with a king size bed. Outdoor dining option. All needed kitchen appliances and gadgets to function. Soft, fluffy towels. A great neighborhood to be able to get up and walk in the mornings. Great access to groceries and Andy's. And of course close proximity to the Osage Beach City Park Softball Fields. What else is there to need.

Other than the internet not working, it was a good visit, excellent location and had it been later in the year their pools would have been open. The one on the water looked really nice.

Enjoyed our stay at the lake. Property is right in the lake with great views. Convenient to the highway. Very large complex with very small pools of that is important. Minor repairs would greatly enhance the space.

Overall great stay, however it could use some updating like the mattress in the master bedroom and shower doors. Master bedroom windows need replaced because they block out the great view due to broken seals and condensation. Otherwise, everything was as advertised and wonderful.

Condo was in immaculate condition and central to all the lake has to offer. The property host was great as well! She was extremely prompt in answering any questions and the instructions for check in/ check out were very clear and simple. I will definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful condo with a great location. One of my friends has rheumatoid arthritis so not having to walk stairs really helped

The view was spectacular!! The condo itself was clean and welcoming and bright and beautiful. No noise or disturbances. Parking was great. and the host kept in contact. Gave us all the details we needed and was very understanding. she also responded very quickly when I contacted her. I will definitely be using her again. Amazing

Unit was very clean and quiet. Location and view was great. Loved the “walk in” with no stairs. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

This is a great location since it's close to the highway. The view just can't be beat. No stairs to the condo so you don't have to haul your stuff too far. The sofa couch isn't all that comfortable to sit on, but I don't know of any that are. The condo is clean and the information on the fridge is helpful. We would stay here again.

This property was a perfect choice for our mid-week getaway. It was clean and equipped with everything needed. The property was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and very responsive to our inquiries.
