Convention to beaches and dining. Great for couple or small family also pet friendly. Will go back.

This was a great find and would 100% return. The location is very centalized between PC and PCB. The apartment is clean and parking was fine.

We were in town for a family wedding and Veronica’s place was super convenient to all the places we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in and communication was easy. Thank you!

Needs a good cleaning - especially the floors. Kitchen not very well equipped for a long stay. Laundry in the dryer to be folded...4 sets of queen size sheets and 4 bath towels....seemed like a lot in one wash/dry.

This apartment was as listed. I would have given a better rating but the place had a very bad smell. The smell hit you as soon as you open the front door. It smell like a dirty musty mop or rag was used to clean the place. Mentioned this to Veronica (don't really remember if that was her name) and she did nothing about it. Did't even offer to try to fix it. It smelled throughout the whole place the first night. We even had to go buy some airfreshners and candles to see if it would help. It didnt. The next morning we opened all windows to air the place out. That help some. We only stay 2 nights and only stay the first night beacuse we arrived late and didnt have anywhere else to stay. And we had already paid for the 2 nights. The place is not bad but our stay would have been so much better if the smell wouldnt have been there.

If you are looking for a quiet place close to great food and good music, this is it! You are just a short walk away. Our host was MORE than accommodating. We will send our friends when in town.

We found the people in the area to be nice and friendly. The apartment was well maintained. We spent 16 days in the unit therefore, we were exposed to just about everything you could be exposed to in the area. And found it to be excellent. It was perfect for my wife and I.

This location was perfect for a walk down to the harbor, with restaurants and shops. The location of the condo was perfect and the complex was nice and quiet in the evening for getting good sleep. I would stay here again

Great weekend getaway - pet friendly was a huge perk for us and it was just a short walk to the waterfront and Ernie’s. Condo was very clean and cute on the inside.

“Please don’t judge a book by the cover” would be an accurate statement for this location and property. Neighbors were really friendly, cleaning staff was awesome. Location was not too far from the heart of Panama City and the beach. We enjoyed our stay there We would definitely come back, Thank you.

My husband, sister, and I stayed here for a funeral in the area. Great location. We walked to downtown St. Andrews and ate dinner at Uncle Ernie’s. Property was as described. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my birthday getaway with a comfortable place to sleep. It offered enough space and easy check-in/out. I was at the beach mostly but was happy to have a comfortable place to go to at night.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Neat and clean. We went to Panama City to visit with family. The location was convenient, the apartment was nicely furnished and had all that we needed. The neighborhood was close to the water, quiet and lovely for walking our small dog. We visited the zoo, which was a great day trip for family and only about a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again.

This was the first time staying on the Eastside. It was very quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean. Neighbors did not bother you. I would suggest that there be more ice trays.

Everything was great, except there was no notification about the lack of cable tv. We had wanted to see the New Years ball drop, in NYC, but we’re unable to.

Deciding late to watch our grandson play baseball in a tournament, we needed a place centrally located, pet friendly and reasonably priced. This condo suited our needs and had been recently renovated. Appliances are new and the place was very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Very easy to communicate with. All of our needs were met. Super informative. Also we’re from Louisiana, and when Hurricane Ida hit, the host was very accommodating in a time of need!

This place was better than described. The beds were so comfortable, even the pull out couch! There was a bit of sand on the floor when we arrived but that was not an issue for us at all since we were going to be covered in more sand than that the whole trip. It was not a far drive to the beach and there are a ton of good restaurants located close by. Definitely reccommend staying there!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we turned in our key we were completely satisfied. Our host was fantastic and very accommodating!! Great suggestions on where to visit and local hidden gems. Our house was well stocked with everything we needed during our visit. The apartment was newly renovated and the beach was less than a 15 minute drive. My family and I will definitely rent this place the next time we visit.

We booked a quick beach trip and this newly renovated apartment was a nice find. Basically everything in the unit is brand new. It's walking distance to a local park and some great restaurants in St Andrews. We noticed a cool farmers market one morning and will definitely want to check that out the next time. Our host Veronica was very responsive and can point you in the right direction. We spent a few days at some of the nearby beaches and it was nice to come back to very comfortable beds each evening. If your goal is comfort, close beaches and restaurants you can't go wrong, we'll be back.
