Great location. Host is great to work and very accommodating. Everything that you need is supplied. Very clean and nicely decorated. This was our second time to stay in this condo and we look forward to another stay.

We had an amazing time on Amelia Island, and Johanna helped to make our trip wonderful! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, was clean, cozy and quiet. They talk about location in real estate, and this condo was definitely the perfect location. It overlooked the beach and ocean, so we had amazing sunrise and moonrise views from our balcony. Johanna even had binoculars available for us to use for dolphin watching. And the condo is located at the end of the building, so it was nice and quiet. Very peaceful! We will definitely be staying here again!

This is my husband and I's second time staying in this condo. We loved it so much the first time that we came back again. The direct ocean view from the balcony is fabulous and so peaceful! Johanna was such a pleasure to work with again. She is definitely over the top as a host and pays special attention to her guests needs. We brought our electric bikes this year and had a great time riding all over the bike trails and beach. Thanks again Johanna!!

We (me, husband, and two 13 year olds) had a great time in the condo. Beautiful and relaxing view from the balcony. This was definitely a home away from home with the amenities in place. We didnt need to get anything extra and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, and even the binoculars to scope out the boats on the horizon.
The location was quiet and relaxing (even with someone blasting music our first night...we couldnt hear it once inside).
Check-in was well communicated by Johanna.

We had a fabulous time at Sandcastles. We loved all of the resort offerings and there was so much to do in the area. We had everything we needed in the villa and were quite comfortable. The weather was a little chilly and windy (typical for March and early April) and Johanna went above and beyond to be sure we stayed comfortable and had plenty to do. There are so many thoughtful and convenient touches in the villa. We also took full advantage of the available laundry room on our floor and the ice machine downstairs. We can’t wait to go back!

Rented the unit for our daughter’s wedding. Accommodations were perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach and pool are very easy. Balcony offers the perfect sunrise. Will definitely stay her again if the need arises. Johanna was very quick to respond to any questions I had Thank you for a stress free rental!

Had a great time here. Balcony has a great ocean view. Wonderful to have coffee and watch the sun rise. It’s pet friendly nice to take the dog for a walk. It was our dog’s first time to the beach, she loved her beach walks but not sure about the waves. Theirs good restaurants in the area that have great sea food. The commutations were very nice. Everything you may need is there.

We had a wonderful stay at Amelia Island. The condo was lovely with plenty of space for our family of four. We had coffee on the balcony almost every morning with an ocean view. Ate at a few of the restaurants on the property and they were amazing! Easy beach access and great pool too. My daughter said it was one of her favorites vacations to date.

Our family (2 college students/2 parents) had the best stay at this lovely 5th floor beach front 1 bedroom condo. The accommodation was perfect for our family - well stocked kitchen, great coffee and tea set-up, amazing views, FANTASTIC AIP location, comfortable beds, very clean. Can't wait to come back!!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed this condo and location in Amelia Island! Johanna goes above and beyond making everything so special, including delicious little desserts. She is always a call or text away. The oceanfront and pool views are phenomenal! We enjoyed the moonlight over the ocean as well as the beautiful sunrises. This condo was very clean and comfortable. It was great to also be able to bring our dog. We were blessed to stay here and look forward to vacationing here again very soon!

Spectacular location, magnificent oceanfront view, very nice, clean, one-bedroom modern condo. Ms. Johanna stocks the place with items you would normally have to bring or buy, like coffee, foil, bottled water, paper towels, ziplock baggies, AA batteries and even sunscreen, insect repellent (which we didn't need), binoculars and nice beach chairs. We ate several meals on the large lanai while watching the waves hit the shore. The beach was never crowded and often we were the only ones in view. The canopy roads are the most beautiful in Florida and there are great restaurants near and far. As I said, this place is awesome.

Such a beautiful property with gorgeous views and has everything you'd need to enjoy your stay! Condo does overlook a pool but from the fifth floor. Condo is at the end of the hall, and we were never bothered by noise.
Beds were super comfortable, and the condo is very spacious. Sandcastles was peaceful, and the Omni offers several additional activities, if you choose.
Johanna was easy to communicate with and even left us treats! We will be back, and I highly recommend!

Great place with a beautiful view and short walk to the beach. The condo and property is well kept and clean. We enjoyed the wild life just as much as the beach! Turtles/tortoises, rabbits, and even an armadillo. The owner was great with communication, very responsive, and paid great attention to making sure we felt welcome and had a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandcastle condo. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the amenities were thoughtful and good quality.
