I stayed in this house for a week with 13 other girls. It was awesome. Perfect amount of space for us and the Dunkin 100 feet away kept us going. The host was extremely helpful, nice, and answered questions almost immediately. The walk to the beach was quick and the house was close to CVS for essentials. Our only complaint was no ladder to the bay. We were all very sad to leave that house. Definitely recommended for large groups. It was worth every penny!!!

Everything was perfect, there was a small hiccup with the garage code no longer working but the property manager answered immediately and walked me through the next steps to entering the property. Very happy with our stay. I would suggest staggering showers, a group of 13 women ended up taking a few cold showers.

This property exceeded my expectations. It accommodated 14 of my friends and me and gave us enough space to sleep comfortably. It was located right along the bay, giving it a nice view, and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this property to groups of 10-14 people

I hosted my cousin's bachelorette at the house, with 15 other women attending. There was plenty of space for all of us. There was also plenty of parking for all of our vehicles. The proximity to the boardwalk/beach and restaurants was also a plus. Loved the 3 porches/decks on the house. Everyone enjoyed our time in OC!

1 bunk bed was very loose and trundle bed under king is not working correctly. Over all our family had a great time and house was clean.

AMAZING RENTAL
I chose to stay here for my best friend's bachelorette weekend and it was GREAT!! This was an amazing location, quiet when needed, but close to all the great spots in OCMD. The friends were all impressed with the cleanliness and space this had to offer and all 11 people fit VERY comfortably. Will definitely stay again when we come back!

This was a perfect place for our group of Cheerleaders and moms for a competition in MD. More than enough room and bathrooms for girls getting ready for competition! Would highly recommend to any one.

We had a great stay. The house was extremely clean and refreshing. Check-in was really easy. The only thing I have disliked was that the property did not have sheets and pillowcases. We were required to bring it ourselves, which was not a huge deal but it would've been more convenient if our stay included that.
