The home was in a good area.The home was beautiful.The inside of the home was very unkept.The wood floors was so dirty after walking barefoot your feet were black.The lamp shades ,window blinds,windows and air vents were covered in mold.When coming in to home had a musky smell..The couch in living room smelled.The pillows for upstairs bedrooms smelled like body order..It was horrible..Will never go back or use this company hodent rental again..

The home was older and furniture was very used, felt dirty to me. Would not go back. Beaches were not nice, would have like to have been informed about ongoing oil problems from ship before booking

We loved St. Simons and will certainly return.

The location is fabulous, only 3 blocks to the 11th St beach entrance, 2 blocks from the village awesome Moo Cow ice cream , and right on the park with all the lovely live oaks ! We would def book again !

St. Simon's property was great for my family and was minutes away from the Beach. It met all of our needs and I was extremely happy with the property overall.

I grew up going on vacations on the island so I wanted to take my extended family there. It was just as perfect as I remembered. The house was amazing. Tons of room to spread out and have our own space since we had three separate families there. Loved it. Will visit again if we don’t decide to buy our own property on the island.

Location was great and the home had plenty of room for our group. It has a great open kitchen and living room for hanging out. We would definitely stay there next time we come down.

Our stay was oerfect here - it was perfect for several couples, had enough beds and rooms for each of us, and the kitchen and family room open concept made family time that much more enjoyable! It is right downtown, walking distance to everything, which was so perfect! We would love to come back and highly recommend it!!

The property was two blocks from the Village. This made it convenient for those who wanted to shop. The house was in good condition although we kept seeing water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. We could not determine why. We had children with us and they may have been careless. It might be good to check this out. My only complaint was that I thought I had rented a four bedroom house. When we got there, I found three bedrooms and a room with a Murphy Bed. I'm not saying I was misled but I was not expecting that. That "bedroom" did not have a tv so I was not able to have a lot of bedroom privacy. Other than that, it was great.
