What an awesome suite this is.. all the amenities and right off the street so a short walk, drive, or ride share to wherever you want to go too. Will def be staying again when I go back to Vegas

Stay was great. The second bathroom shower door did not open and we called the front desk but they didn’t fix it until the last day we were there. The sofa had a urine smell but overall we enjoyed our stay

Nice unit

Love the location, the full sized fridge and microwave for our leftovers and multiple contact messages from the property manager were comforting. To no fault of the owner, the suite was really affected by the recent epidemic of moths in Vegas. That was the only downside, but again they are everywhere all over the city so we tried to keep the balcony door closed at night. Will definitely be trying to stay in this room for our next visit and crossing fingers the moth epidemic is over soon!

Place was great. Well located. I have stayed at the signature many times and this place was one of the nicer ones. Would stay again.

Everything was great, but did not have any dishwasher soap, and there was no plug for the sink!! I reached out for some but did not get any!!

The place was amazing! It was so clean, spacious and conveniently located. The view from the balcony was really nice and you can see Las Vegas really well. The owners were great and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Value

Our stay in Vegas exceeded our expectations. This property was well maintained. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. Stellar follow-up from the property manager. View of the strip was a bonus. Ample space for a small family. Will definitely book again!

Large suite with 1 separate bedroom and massive ensuite bathroom..Full kitchen and comfortable furniture and a balcony as well which overlooks the pool..Few minor deficiencies like 1 faucet leaking in ensuite but with 2 sinks it wasn’t problem… Matt was excellent to work with and check in and out was seem less…Will stay again..

Great place. Very clean, spacious, as described. Excellent view. The location is good--it's a little quieter than other places, which I like, but still close to the strip, monorail, etc. This will be the first place I check for availability for future Vegas stays.

My wife and I have just returned for a five night stay at this condo at the MGM Signature Towers. The condo is located in Tower one, which is the closest to the walkway connecting the Signature Towers to the MGM Grand Hostel and Casino. The walk is just a little to the MGM but there are people movers to make the distance very easy and accessible, all indoors. The condo was perfect for my wife and myself. Truely a one bedroom with two full baths. The couch does convert to another bed so four people would be very comfortable. The condo was ready when we arrived and was stocked with the necessary items we needed in the kitchen to make our stay a treat. Being a pilot, I really enjoyed the view that looks out over the airport. I spent much time out on the balcony just watching the planes take off and land. But you could also see the south part of the strip and southern part of Las Vegas. All furnishing were very nice and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The whole place was very clean and well kept. Matthew, the owner, was very easy to contact by e-mail and was very helpful and prompt in correspondence or requests. Since we go to Las Vegas about once a year to visit family, we have decided this is our go to place when we decide to stay in a resort rather than with our family. My wife and I highly recommend consideration to 28-602 at the Signature Towers, you will not be disappointed!

This was probably our 20th time to Vegas. We loved staying in a condo, so much more room and the balcony was a definite plus. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We will be requesting this condo again!

Excellent!!

The best aspect of this stay was the property itself. The unit was impeccable, comfortable, and well appointed. The location and view could not be beat, and the amenities, such as the pool, made this a perfect getaway. Communication with Matt was brief, but consistent. He gave us all of the information for c4heck in advance. When there was a potential check in issue, we had fair warning, but that did not happen due to some behind the scenes magic on Matt’s part and the exemplary staff on call. Matt checked up on us via text later (much appreciated). Overall, this was the best of several visits to Las Vegas. The free valet parking and no resort fees if the icing on the cake in a town that has become crazy expensive recently.

The condo is fabulous and close to the Strip, Top Golf and the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino. The photos on VRBO are exactly as the condo is in reality but they don't convey the cozy feel of the place. I felt like I was at home. It was great to have the second full bathroom and the kitchen had all of the needed appliances. The condo was immaculately clean. The Signature staff in the lobby were always on hand to answer questions, provide bellman services, etc. Parking is situated right next to Tower 1 where the condo is located and is an easy walk, although Signature provided a free shuttle service that ran continuously. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was an unexpected and great amenity. There is a pool and the grounds around the building are well maintained. I highly recommend this property.

I enjoyed this suite very much and look forward to staying here again. The owner, Matt is very positive and communicates regularly to ensure a quality experience.

I ve stayed at this same condo 2x now and will do so again in the near future. the room is perfect for rest or business needs. I like the proximity of being near the Strip, but having the benefit of being in a Condo instaed of a hotel. The owner Matt is truly involved with your stay and genuinely cares about your experience. He communicates with you quickly and is very pro-active ! Thanks Matt

The room is great and I really enjoyed the morning sunlight on the balcony with my coffee, and being a wing nut, I had fun watching the flights and airport operations. I'll definately book this suite again. Thanks Rick
