Our family really enjoyed this house. Lots of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The pictures do not do justice to the sleeping porch or quality of the workmanship in the home. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of nice hospitality touches.

This home is so clean and well furnished with any amenity you could imagine. It is privately located and surrounded by trees.
It is conveniently located with little more than a 5 minute drive from stunning overlooks, shops, and restaurants.

I took my family of 5 to stay in the Tree House while we visited the National Park. This home offers plenty of room for small and large groups. It was perfect for us! Very clean with top-notch appliances and amenities.
Property manager was wonderful and has a very quick response time to answer any questions. (Thank you!)
A 5 or 6-minute drive from the home will get you to the National Park's visitor's center. There is just so much to do in the town of Fayetteville! So sad we had to return home.
We are hoping to rebook for another vacation soon!

Beautifully appointed house/cabin! LOVE the design and flow of the home (two actually). The kids had their own space in the separate attachment via decking. The daybed on the porch was a fave amongst all the kids. Decks for miles. Great fire pit space. Hot tub was nice (definitely smelled the chlorine, but I prefer that to bacteria lol). Kitchen, dining, living space was great for us 10. Separate masters were super roomy for two couples. Found a yellow jacket nest (painfully) and the property manager came and took care of it ASAP. Super nice! Decor is very tasteful and serene, not too campy. Location was SUPER convenient to all the areas we were heading. This is a costly rental, but we were VERY happy and pleased with it!

The Tree House is a perfect forest retreat for an extended family or friends. The combined main house and bunk house are well designed for privacy, yet share an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The decks and two screened in porches are delightful. The house was well stocked, clean, bright, and attractive.The property is completely wooded, quiet, private and accessible. We would highly recommend.

We absolutely felt spoiled... private hiking trails, a porch "bed" where we watched a storm from the covered porch, and a hot tub! This property is amazing- we will definitely be back!

Our professional association rented the Treehouse for an Executive Board Retreat and it was absolutely incredible and perfect in every way! It is well equipped to accommodate all of your needs and provides such a beautiful getaway. The house is beautifully designed and decorated, so we had the pleasure of the words/mountain scenery, with a luxury home. Could not have been happier with The Treehouse and the very accommodating owners. We hope to return one day.

Main house and bunkhouse were very clean and well appointed. Trails on property were great. Property was quiet and secluded. Very nearby other trails going through beautiful parts of the gorge. Can't wait to come back.

Bruce’s place is perfect! The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to prep great meals for your group as well as address any of your other needs. Everything was well kept and cared for. Would definitely book this place again!

It was a wonderful and welcoming stay! Highly recommend it for large groups, especially if you want close proximity to the bridge and white water rafting. The house has been maintained and cleaned very well, and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. Communication with the owner was simple and they were super responsive to any questions we had. We all especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings!

The tree house property was a lot to stay at. We stayed with another family and in all there were 7 kids. The kids and adults enjoyed the property. Would gladly comeback.

This was the perfect house for the 10 of us. The location was perfect with easy access to hiking trails, white-water rafting, a vineyard and breweries. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

It was clean and all laundry and appliances were in working order. The host left a book with helpful tips on the area and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Great hidden gem! Had sooo many little things a normal house would have; paper towels, coffee, towels, etc and the comfiest beds! You will love the stay here!

Very clean and beautiful house. Layout is actually two separate lodges which was ideal for our families. Anything you needed was available unlike many other rentals. I recommend sleeping on the swing bed, so comfortable and feels like glamping.

Our bachelor party had an amazing time in such a gorgeous area with an amazing property to rest up at. It was nice getting to stay in and cook out on the grill. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed and made sure to take advantage of the amenities such as the fire pit and hot tub. The property exceeded all expectations and made for such a comfortable trip!

The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodated us 6 adults and 4 children perfectly. We loved the open floor plan as we gathered for meals. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook for a large family like we did. We also loved how we could just walk outside and be right on the hiking trails. And lastly, the host is amazing and so responsive. They truly care to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay memorable one. We will definitely be planning another stay here.

This home is in a gated neighborhood. Private and secluded, although there is one neighbor that shares the parking area. Newer construction and well designed. Beautiful venue.
Wrap-around porch that's up on the main floor which is above the forest floor. Gives impression of spaciousness.
Less than 15 minutes from New River Gorge Visitor Center. Near hiking trails and outdoor adventure companies. Not far from major grocery store.
Would definitely stay again.
Now, in the interest of full disclosure, a brief downside: there is no garage. So, you have a short walk to your car...not a deal-breaker.

My group of 8 friends stayed at the tree house on a February weekend, and we loved it! The floorplan was perfect for a group our size. We loved the open concept and spent a lot of time hanging out in front of the fireplace and enjoying all the natural light in the living area. The property is gorgeous and very well designed. It was clean, the hot tub was great, and it had everything we needed. Except to hike we did not leave the property all weekend. We're a picky bunch of middle-aged women, so that's saying a lot! The location was superb - you can literally walk out of the front door and easily access some great New River Gorge hiking trails. Two thumbs up! We're already talking about going back this summer!
