This was the perfect place for our out of state family to gather and help celebrate our son’s graduation from UNA. Beautiful home, amazing view and only 10 minutes from campus.

We rented this property for my daughter's wedding weekend and it was perfect! It was close to the venue and such a beautiful place for her and the bridesmaids to get ready. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay and such a wonderful atmosphere for the occasion.

The house was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever rented. Location was beautiful, peaceful and close to golf courses. On the “not the best “ side would be the quality of mattresses in the bedrooms other than master. Also the toilet paper was quite thin. We would certainly rent again and bring Charmin.

I rented this property to have all my daughter’s bridesmaid and moms to get their hair and makeup done, plus to have an area to sleep. This house will be rented in the future for a vacation spot that how nice this location is. Absolutely loves using this location.

Beautiful view! Nice bunk room for the kids. Enough room for all 12 of us. I’m not a big fan of the kitchen table but the kitchen was good.

Our stay was wonderful. We had 3 families and the space worked out great! The kids stayed in the bunk room and loved their outside access. The open floor plan created the perfect space for football and family. The front entry made it easy to unload and there was plenty of parking even with the boat trailer. The fireplace area was used nightly and we made some wonderful memories. The slough and boat dock made for extremely easy access to the river and the location of the property is a short drive to to Florence and there was tons to do! I highly recommend the nature trails and visiting Wilson dam waterfalls! Thanks for a great and memorable trip!

We stayed there for a golf trip we do yearly. Awesome place. Everything updated. Very nice location on the water and super peaceful.

Second time at this property love the location property was fantastic.

So I rolled two trips back to back. The first trip was my family including my two nephews, ages 8 and 13, along with my parents, my sister and brother-in-law. Two days of alone time and then girlfriends came in from out of state. The House is perfect for all of the above. It's not a huge footprint but excellent use of space. Great open spaces and deck! We had very few issues and when we did, Jeff (one of the owners) came over and took care of the door knob that flew off! I highly recommend the house, location, property manager and owner so check it out!

The house and the view are wonderful. The house and yard were very clean, and we all had a great time.

It was perfect! While only 40 mins from our home we felt hours away. Was able to relax a couple of nights and spend some quality family time together uninterrupted. We rented a boat and enjoyed the water, played cards and games that was provided, grilled and watched movies.

We stayed at the Magnolia for a 3 night stay with our family including my family of 5, my mother and father, and my brother’s family of 4. This house was perfect for us. The owner was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed ahead of time. It was a beautiful house and very well kept! Only thing we would say is the floors were a little dirty for our little ones who were playing on the floor with bare feet but not a big deal. Other than that-the house was kept very clean and we loved the outdoor areas! We loved being able to visit with our family that we had not seen in many years and take beautiful pictures with the lake in the background. We enjoyed the house so much and we hope to visit again in the future!

Everything was amazing! We came for a girls trip and home was perfect! My only suggestion is to put some signage or house numbers at the end of the driveway. We actually had a medical emergency, and fire fighters and the ambulance could not find us! We waited over 30 minutes for an ambulance that was essential to one of us at the time, and finally someone had to go block the road so they seen which driveway to pull into.

Wonderful property! This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Magnolia at The Shoals! My daughter's small prom group had a photographer, catered supper, and after prom "breakfast" at the lake house! It is a beautiful location for pictures! I enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the view after the teens left for prom!

This is a BEAUTIFUL home and location! Just about everything you need is there. We had trouble streaming movies on the preinstalled apps at night, but the Satellite channel options usually had something for us to watch. That is my only word of advice for future renters, and I feel it is being super nit-picky for it to influence the experience. All in all, this place was PERFECT!!

Lovely home, beautiful views and easy to get around. The beds were very comfy. The room with the bunk beds was great for the kids although very cold with it being winter. Otherwise it was a great place that we will consider staying in again.

The house was terrific and the view of the lake was great. The three upstairs bedrooms met are needs. Living room had plenty of seating for all of us to sit around and visit. Location was really good and easy to get to restaurants in Florence or Muscle Shoals. Definitely would stay here again.

This was my 2nd time to stay and it was great. Clean, great view, love that it is cute but simply decorated. We did notice the hall bath’s toilet seemed to run the whole time and the shower was very slow to drain. Other than that, all was good! Thank you!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean, modern and had the most amazing view! We were in town for Shoals Fest so we didn't spend as much time at the house as we would have on a regular lake trip but I would certainly come back and rent Magnolia at the Shoals again for a family trip or relaxing girls weekend.

This was my first time to use Vrbo so I didn't realize the initial amount shown on the listing would be more than doubled with the added costs and fees. Now I understand that. It came out to $80. per person, per night. That's not so bad considering the quality of the house and lake. My disappointments were the following: 1) the second night there was a loud party from the big house on the lake that went until midnight with an outdoor band, whereas our rules were to make no noise after 9:00pm. 2) A suggestion would be to provide body wash and shampoo. We shopped for groceries before checking in but had expected those items to be there as we would find in a hotel. Air-B&Bs are less expensive and don't provide those amenities. 3) the inability to use the flat screen TV. Our purpose there was to lay our father's urn to rest with our mother at a cemetery nearby, and my brother had brought videos on a thumb drive. We didn't have the controls that would allow us to play it as part of our memorial weekend. Other than those three items, the house was pleasant, clean, and airy. I loved the windows and the views, and we had some nice family time around the fire pit. The kitchen was complete, and the furniture and linens were comfortable.

Everything within the listing was spot on, which when not the case can derail a trip from the start. Between the condition of the house, the location, and the contents of the home, it made our trip fantastic. We will be back for sure. Huge kudos to the property owners for providing an attractive and accurate listing!

This property was fantastic. We came for a girls weekend, and everything was perfect. The property is well maintained and very clean. The view is to die for. We all enjoyed our time, and we can’t wait to come back!
