Great location!

We were in town for a wedding. We were able to walk to the venue from the house. Space accommodated my husband and I as well as our three sons and their families. Plenty of space to visit while the kids played. Kitchen was well equipped. Only complaint was the noice from construction next door (more, the music that played loudly all day than the noise from construction). Could use some extra towels. We enjoyed our time there and made some great memories in Chattanooga.

Flawless and prompt communication with owner/manager. This spacious and comfortable home is a short walk from free electric shuttle service throughout downtown areas. Excellent eateries also within a short walk. We would happily stay here again!

Very nice house in a great location for visiting Chattanooga. We could reach lots of things on foot. The house was comfortable and well supplied with amenities. The Christmas tree was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this “hidden gem”.

Our host was extremely accommodating. Reaching out to her was easy and she immediately responded. The house was perfect for our group. Room for the females upstairs and could shower and get ready easily having the entire area for ourselves. Te kitched was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and even coffee. Perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking for large group. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

We rented for a family weekend getaway. We had 6 adults and 4 kids 7 and under and had plenty of room! Very clean, great location! Super close to everything! Neighbors were a little loud one night, but we had sound machines that drowned the noise. Great place. Will stay again!

It is downtown, just a short walk to restaurants and a really great bakery.

PLenty of room for 2 families with 7 kids - great communication with owner. So nice to deal with nice people who want to make your stay enjoyable. It may not seem like it but the coffee pods, the clorox wipes and the little things that were provided in addition were so appreciated. Upon arrival we got a text with places to eat & helpful suggestions. Constant communication with any questions we had. Response time & responses were quick & pleasant. Would definitley stay again. SOOOO much space upstairs that we went & bought blow up mattresses so All the kids could be together with plenty of room to spare. Top notch.

Location was so perfect! The ability to get to anywhere in Chattanooga in minutes . Owner respected our privacy and provided us with amenities to make us very comfortable. Only one problem……we could not stay longer. Thank you Genia!

My whole family agreed this property is just amazing. Clean and great amenities with a spaces for adults and children to hang out. The location is great, within walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops, plus we could easily get to downtown, on the Interstate, or down the road to the grocery store. Overall a well-appointed, well-stocked, well-managed property, and Genia was helpful, gracious, and easy to contact.

It was within walking distance to her apartment and was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and other attractions. The house is spacious, open, clean, well-appointed and was absolutely perfect for our group. It could have accommodated a few more, even! Communication with Genia was easy, quick, and helpful. She was incredibly responsive and initiated contact to give us suggestions for dining. Also, when we got there (Dec 16) the interior of the home was tastefully decorated for Christmas. We had a group of 10 friends who came from all over the US to celebrate one of us getting married in a couple short months. This place was the perfect size and location. We were all able to comfortably hang out at the house and catch up over a glass of wine. We were also able to walk to several nearby spots including the Taqueria and the Creperie. Highly recommend these food spots and this house. The host was attentive and so so sweet. She responded promptly to all questions. The beds were comfortable and all 10 of us adults slept SO well. The house was incredibly clean and smelled good. 10/10
