Difficult to under Cell this perfect home within walking distance of the Pacific. Expensive kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Management company was super responsive and not a thing to complain about!

Place was awesome. Had everything we needed for an extended stay

The location is great but the unit needs significant care. Couch worn out, blinds dusty, carpet old, pans were rusty (management team did replace them for us)), the dishwasher ruined the dishes and glasses. Could not get them clean. Only one tv for a 3 bedroom family unit! And that one was awful to deal with. The owner needs to do some significant updates and it could be a great unit due to the location.

We loved how quiet the area was, walkable to so many fun restaurants and stores. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need for your stay! We would book again!

We have been renting houses in southern california area for over 10 years around the Thanksgiving Holiday. I can say without hesitation that this is the best place we have ever stayed at and was exceptional in many ways. The house is more fully stocked with everything you will possibly need including a full pantry of many common household items. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses and cooking utensils. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The furniture was comfortable and homey. The house also has plenty of personal touches that immediately make it feel like a home not a staged rental. The house has a full 2 car garage that provides security and parking off the street. The beach access is easy and fast and there is a beautiful, meditative beach lookout area steps from the house. I can not say enough positives about this house and the management who had excellent follow up in every respect. I can pretty much guarantee that this house will exceed your expectations, it did for us by a mile!!

What a difference staying in a home makes for extended work trips. This home was comfortable, furnished nicely and had everything needed to prepare meals. The beach is just a path away and the salt water heated pools are amazing!

We had the best time and everything we needed was easily accessible and ready. Was the perfect mixture of fun and relaxation. Would stay again and again!
