We wanted to stay somewhere between South haven and St Joseph and we found this cozy 2 bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner responded promptly when we had questions. We would definitely come back!!!

Very clean, quite and easy to get to. The neighborhood restaurant was very good and within walking distance.The beaches are very nice and just a short drive and the sunset was fantastic.

I bought 2 of my granddaughters and 2 of their friends for a time together before all 4 headed to different colleges! The place was adequate enough for all of us and we were able to cook, well I did for them and they lived exploring the area and check g out the beaches! Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would co spider the place again! It was quiet and peaceful and the extra little touches made in enjoyable! Loved the coffe bar!

This property was just as it was advertised and had everything needed for our stay. This cottage was also one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in before. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the mattress protectors on the beds. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. The location is only a short drive to St Joseph where the best lake beaches shopping and restaurants are.

We had a wonderful experience. The property was exceptionally clean, and the owner graciously accommodated an early check-in. The location was ideal, situated just minutes away from a picturesque beach. Additionally, it offered convenient access to nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Beautiful little cottage very close to local beaches, shopping and dining. Our family of four loved our stay. So cozy! Much fun was had at the beaches and splash pads. The park pass was so convenient to use for parking! 5 days of relaxing fun with our littles ages 4 and 6. Val was a joy to work with. Just got home and the kids are asking to go back. Highly recommend!

This property is our favorite for several reasons. It's peaceful and a little secluded but still close to Saugatuck and St. Joseph. It has plenty of room, decorated cute, and most of all, it's clean and I love the well water. The weather was a little cool so we built a fire in the pit. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood without having to get on a busy main street.
Valerye is prompt and easy to communicate with and we definitely recommend this cottage. We will be back for our third time.

Two sisters and I needed a place to stay while we attended our Uncle's funeral service. This place was perfect. We love bonfires so we were pleased to have the firepit.
We had a great stay. DiMaggio's restaurant is 1 minute away. We ate there twice. AWESOME pizza.

I am 80 and I decided to visit mt 83 y/o sister who lives in ST. Louis. Since I live in Grayling I knew I would have to drive back home So I suggested to her we do a road trip going up the coast of western Michigan. Our first stay was at your charming cottage and we totally enjoyed the area, the surroundings and your help when we couldn’t figure out how to use five different remotes. Thank you for everything.

Valerye's home was just perfect. It is spotlessly clean, plenty of room, well stocked with all the items we needed included beach towels, a picnic basket, beach basket games, cooking supplies, spices, a wonderful tea/coffee station. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the yard perfectly enchanting at night with the edison lights running between the trees. We were there for our honeymoon, and it really touched my heart to walked in and were greeted by a beautiful gift basket congratulating us on our marriage. Valerye was super helpful and responsive from beginning to end. It is located only 3 minutes from two of the most beautiful beaches in SW Michigan. We will definitely come back again. Thanks so much Valerye, your home is a special place!

We loved the decor and extra touches inside. Good location to visit the western Michigan towns to shop, see the beaches, lighthouses. We enjoyed visiting Crane’s winery and pastry. Delicious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 3 little kids. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Tons of thoughtful games/toys and had all the things you would need to enjoy your time at a house near the beach. Would love to come back again soon!

We enjoyed staying at this house. It has everything you need and we really liked being able to have a campfire in the evening to relax and make more memories with our good friends. We woud definately stay again!

We hit wineries and local attractions. The cottage was in a quiet tucked away spot to relax and enjoy new wine!! Very much enjoyed our visit!! Highly recommend!!

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful and clean cottage. Greg and Val were easy to communicate with. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they provided coffee and beach towels which made our trip a little easier. Val went above and beyond to answer questions that I had regarding good places to fish and also informed me of local events that would be family friendly. Check out was easy and convenient.

My friend and i were impressed from the second we came through the door. It is so charming and has lots of convenience items. The location was only a couple of miles from the lake and was easy distance to the southwest Michigan beach towns. Our host was suoer communicative and left a list of beaches and restaurants too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family of 5 stayed in this sweet little place last night. It was perfect for our needs. A great smart TV, fully stocked kitchen (even had an air fryer!), and coffee pot. I’m sure I missed things since we were only there one night. It was clean, comfortable, and the manager absolutely goes above and beyond to meet your needs! Her communication was excellent and I communicated with her several times during our stay…mostly just saying thank you for her touches of kindness. What touched us most were the three little sand toy baskets she left for our three children. Area is quiet and close to some great beaches, too! Highly recommend!

This cottage is located near many beaches! We visited South Haven, St Joseph and Benton Harbor. All quick drives. Dollar general is close by and a great little Pizzeria. We brought bicycles and toured around the quiet neighborhood too. The cottage is very close to I-196 but we could rarely hear the expressway. Great location for a family of 4. Host was very responsive and friendly! She gave us so many wonderful vacation ideas for food, cinemas, beaches and more. Thanks!

I took my teenage daughter and her friend for a quick trip to Lake Michigan. We had a great experience at this rental. The house was clean. The surrounding was quiet. The amenities were exactly as listed. When I asked about roasting sticks, the owner sent some new ones over via instacart. She also gave us several recommendations of places to go while we were there. Would highly recommend!

This nice, clean property is conveniently located to several beaches, including those in South Haven. It was roomy enough, yet still had a cozy cottage feel. My two sisters and I, had a very pleasant sister's trip!

The area was quiet and not too far from beaches, restaurants, or anything we wanted to do. The cottage was perfect size without being too cramped. I was pleased with how clean it was. (I'm very picky about that.) Valerye was extremely easy to communicate with and very pleasant.
Although it was a short stay, it was one of our most enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this cottage and host.

This is a very cute cottage that is nicely accommodated! The weather was not great, and the neighborhood lost power. Our generator kicked in and we hardly noticed a problem. We stayed in and relaxed with Netflix and wine!

We loved the house and all it's amenities. It was perfectly located near the Lake and wineries. Valerye was accessible and responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return someday!

We had a very relaxing stay in this cottage in the country. The bed was more comfortable than I have at home! New appliances and A/C units. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line coffee maker.
The owner answered our questions promptly and it was easy check in and out. It made for a great home base, the freeway access was just a few blocks away. Definitely recommend.
