Location was very peaceful and still close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. Property manager Jessica was great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Jessica was great from the time that we had booked the cabin through our whole stay. Anything we needed she was their and our dog loved her to. Very close to village for me, the wife, and the dog to walk to each day and was near all the trails we wanted to go hiking on. Plan to visit again soon as a nice getaway when we need to.

We had a nice stay in Big Bear at the cabin. Very close to the village. The only thing missing was a way to cook anything. Other than that our stay was nice. Bed was comfortable and love that they are dog friendly.

Private and close to village. Beautiful view, fireplace was nice. Overall a little weathered, needs upgrading, beds are uncomfortable, linens were washed in very scented detergent or softner(not great for people with asthma and allergies, broke out in rash) and sheets did not fit on bed, kept coming off. Barbecue out back was rusted, no brush to clean so couldn not use and refrigerator was not operating upon arrival. Burner hot plate very small, could use a larger and newer one. Manager was very accomodating upon arrival and brough a ice chest when told fridge was not working. Never saw or heard back from her again after that day though.

Cabins were clean and cozy. Hot tub amenity and kitchenette were great perks.

This cabin was super adorable, they had access to outdoor barbecues for guests to use from all the different cabins, it is within walking distance of village drive which is a very fun place to spend some time and shop around. The host was incredibly nice and responded to any and all questions or concerns we had in a very timely manner and overall my partner and I had a lovely weekend. We are definitely looking into going back!

Jess was very attentive from our arrival, asking if we had any needs or desires. She offered ideas of things to do. Great little place to stay. Would stay again!

It was just close enough for us to walk to the village but still be out of earshot from it. Cute and cozy! My partner was in the tub before we even unloaded the car! Was disappointed that not all of the jets were working though. But really great staff and location. Perfect for a couple and pet! Appreciated the pet blanket and towels! The space heater definitely saves you! The logs took a long time to catch fire so you had to keep the gas on longer than 15 minutes. But we’ll definitely use this property again!

I loved this little cabin getaway. I booked this location for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. Long story short, the day we were supposed to leave, we found out we both tested positive for COVID-19. I chatted with the property manager and let me tell you, not only did they respond incredibly fast, but they also accommodated us by allowing us to reschedule for a time we would be COVID free. We were so excited and thankful that this problem was so easy to fix and was a great start to our experience. Check in was easy and fast. The cabin is cozy, yet it was comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. We are also in college and there was a lot of room to sit and focus on our classes. After a day of snowboarding (Snow summit is about a 7 minute drive away) we had a quick drive to the town for dinner and walking under the lights. It was beautiful!! Perfect way to end off the day...we suggest checking out Saucy Mama's, that pizza was perfect! Lastly, day of checkout was again, easy and fast. We left the cabin and to finish off our experience we of course had to feed the llamas. What a great way to end our short trip to Big Bear. Thank you so much for a fun, easy and enjoyable experience in the coziest cabin!
