Our stay at Casa Bahai was a wonderful, first class experience. Jeanette is an excellent owner to work with and provided great local recommendations. The vision for their home, and the attention to every detail, were as spectacular as the views of PV throughout the house. Having a home with a concierge (Eduardo) and daily housekeeping (Rosie) provides unexpected personal service that is superior today compared to many high end hotels. It was wonderful strolling the oceanfront, experiencing the local restaurants, while trying to "fit in" getting back to the house for a relaxing drink drink. Wishing we could have stayed longer, and looking forward to returning again.

Our group of 8 was looking for a special and comfortable setting for our week in PV, and for a very special proposal. The home is simply perfect and provides the ideal setting for a group stay. Everyone is afforded privacy with a king bed and ensuite bathroom - no need to fight for the “best room”. Jeanette and Eduardo are wonderful and helped me coordinate key details to make my surprise proposal plans a dream come true. The setting on the 3rd floor rooftop is simply spectacular and the backdrop to any special event or occasion you might imagine. Rosie is simply delightful and professional. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about having a housekeeper at the home every day. It was great though. She’s friendly and delightful to talk to and yet she manages to do her thing without our noticing. Though the following didn’t bother me at all, I think it’s only fair to note that the climb, although short, can be intense and at times car services aren’t able/willing to make the final steep climb. But, you should expect hills when visiting PV and you’re glutes may thank you for it. And the view (and privacy it offers) is absolutely worth it! You’re in a residential neighbourhood, so some mornings you’re greeted by a rooster or barking dog. If you’re a light sleeper, consider ear plugs. I loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay again at Casa Bahia.

Absolutely gorgeous and well-stocked condo in a beautiful charming location although I would not recommend it for anyone with a mobility issue. It was a quick walk down to the downtown area and plenty of Ubers to take you back up the hill. Also, there are several areas that might be dangerous for a toddler. Although, our little 1and 1/2 year old had a great time. It’s situated on a very steep hill. There is an elevator though. The owner, Jeannette was extremely responsive to all my emails. Rosie, our housekeeper, was wonderful and very unobtrusive when she cleaned up after us. We did have a couple of hiccups. The propane ran out twice but Eduardo was very quick to respond to the situation and rectify the problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place! Jeanette and Eduardo were super responsive to all of our questions! Absolutely get Eduardo to stock the fridge for you before you show up….hill is quite steep and the majority of our taxis could not go up the hill. Having said that the hill is what gives you the extraordinary view! House is very clean and was a very central place to stay to explore the Malecon and Zona Romantica. Great house!

We stayed at Casa Bahia for a family wedding in October 2022. Our group included seniors and as well as a toddler, so we had various logistical requirements that needed to be accommodated. Our host, Jeanette was responsive to all our questions and went out of her way to ensure we had everything squared away prior to arrival. Our concierge, Eduardo was very helpful and assisted with our daily needs, including coordinating private transportation for the group. Our housekeeper, Rosie was fantastic and kept the house immaculate during our stay. The whole team was professional and accommodating to all our needs, especially with last minute family visits at the house. We highly recommend Casa Bahia.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Bahía. The property was clean, well kept and perfect for our group. All bedrooms were similar with a bathroom as well as additional bathrooms in common area. The house keeper was amazing. We hired a chef for rooftop dinner - highly recommend

Part of our Entertainment company traveled to Vallarta over Semana Santa week for business and while there on business we needed a place that was the perfect spot to relax. This property was the perfect place for just that. This house is as beautiful as it shows on all the pictures. From Jeanette being super easy to communicate with to Eduardo the property manager who went way beyond out of his way to make sure our stay was the perfect one. The property has breathtaking views and a perfect location for a beautiful Vallarta sunset. Wether you're in the swimming pool or any room of the house, the spectacular views are beautiful compared to the pictures. If you're in the mood to soak up the sun or have an outdoor dining experience, the rooftop of this house is just the place you need. This is my first time booking something for our event company through this website. I am so happy I did and found Casa Bahia. We cannot wait to return to Vallarta and stay here again.

I don't even know where to begin! Theo and Jeanette have created a gem in the heart of PV. From the beginning, Jeanette was extremely responsive and accommodating. She made sure all our needs were met and even set up a driver to pick us up at the airport. Once we made it to Casa Bahia, (15-20 minutes from the airport) as you walk in the views are breath taking. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly want you to enjoy your stay. Every level has views of the bay and the sunsets are unreal! The rooftop is the perfect entertainment area. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable with full bathrooms. 5 Minute walk to the malecon, 10-15 minutes to Zona Romantica, and the area is safe. Theres a steep hill to climb but it is well worth the view. It may be tough with kids but overall it is perfect for adults. I will defiantly be returning to this home! PV is a culinary experience that was enjoyed by my husband and I from this 5 star new luxury accommodation named Casa Bahía. The piece de resistance is the roof top palapa where we enjoyed several private chef evening meals at sunset with a ginger infused basil mojito. The night ends with fireworks. One of the most spectacular view of PV and the never ending ocean. We enjoyed private massages and cooled off in the plunge pool. The bed room is a large space with a rain shower and wonderful high count cotton sheets that entice you crawl into your king bed with a balcony that allows you to wake up and fall asleep with the ocean view and your own private shower and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen for a top chef or you can bring in a chef like we did to have a true Mexican experience. Bring your walking shoes and wander down the hill top streets to the Melançon where you will find art, chocolate and many food and drink experiences. Casa Bahía is an architectural masterpiece and the manager is a gem that helped us manage fantastic excursions like sun buggy’s, beautiful beach days at a private beach, a foodie street taco tour and private massages on the roof top. I am well travelled and I will be back to PV and Casa Bahía. It was a true pleasure to stay in this romantic home with my husband and two of my best couple friends. Plenty of room in this spacious home to host a couples retreat or a family reunion. We will be back 😊

I have stayed at many vacation properties over the years but none compare to Casa Bahia. From the moment we walked in the door it was jaw dropping. The view of the entire Bay of Puerto Vallarta overshadows anything you will find at the best local restaurants. Every detail was considered and we were treated to pure luxury....then there's the Pallapa on the roof with a bar area, eating area and lounging! Pictures do not even do this place justice. There were so many amazing restaurants and the private chefs were incredible too. There is so much to see and do. We will be coming back every year to enjoy this first class experience.

The location: a very short <5 minute walk down the hill to the malecón and about a 10 minute walk to the Romantic Zone. There is SO MUCH to do within 20 minutes on foot. It’s a great location but the trek back up the hill is a workout, although we enjoyed it and sometimes treated it as a competition.

Casa Bahia is it a wonderful house perched high above Puerto Vallarta with stunning views! A lot of thought and effort went into creating this property so that others can enjoy a special time there! Accommodations are special and unique… Eduardo the concierge was very attentive to our needs and facilitated a great stay.

Realmente disfrutamos de una estadía encantadora en Casa Bahía, una propiedad que a primera vista está convenientemente ubicada en el corazón de Puerto Vallarta, a solo unos pasos del malecón, la casa cuenta con un ascensor panorámico, un paisaje impresionante y hermosas vistas de los atardeceres. ¡Un área para sentarse al aire libre junto a la piscina infinita que lo deja sin aliento es el lugar perfecto para RELAJARSE! La terraza del último piso es un lugar inmejorable para admirar la ciudad en cualquier momento, las 4 habitaciones en sí eran espaciosas, la cocina, el comedor, La sala de estar estaba hermosamente decorada en un estilo moderno y confortable con todas las comodidades. Casa Bahia is a brand new villa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It's a true gem set on the side of a mountain. From the moment we stepped through the door, the breath taking views of Banderas Bay were perfectly framed by the roll away doors and we were blown away. The sunset over the water was spectacular. These accommodations were better than the pictures! The beds, linens and towels were luxurious. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms had an ensuite with a huge walk in shower. The house was quiet and the furnishings comfortable and inviting and the place was spotless. It was perfection. Our chef prepared a Mexican inspired meal and we dined as the sun set on the terrace, with refreshing mountain breezes after a day on the beach. As the stars came out, so did the fireworks on the bay. The palapa is the perfect spot for relaxing for meals, drinks, sun bathing and whatever your pleasure. We jumped in and enjoyed the plunge pool after dinner. Our chef prepared a delicious breakfast that we enjoyed with friends the next morning with fresh orange juice, eggs to perfection and all the tasty extras you could imagine. We strolled the Malecon and the main beach which was a 5 minute walk down the hill. We hiked up hill to Mirador el Cerro de la Cruz which is considered one of the best views of PV, that is until Casa Bahia was built! We shared so many laughs and created great memories with friends on our vacation. Casa Bahia is spectacular and we can't wait to return! Neil and Kelly
