Great area and close to everything we wanted to do while in town. Comfortable living space with all the kitchen amenities we might have needed if cooking more. Quiet neighborhood.

Will definitely be staying here again, great location, safe private parking, clean and well stocked. The furniture is beautiful, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. You can tell the owners care about this place and strive to offer a good experience.

Great location and FULLY stocked kitchen, bathroom, and the board games were a nice surprise. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, all great value for our group of three guys in town for a Royals game.

Very comfortable stay! Unit was clean-and inviting. It’s as pictured in the photos and description. Property manager was very easy to work with! He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The only negative was that the grass needed to be cut. It made the property less appealing and worried us upon arrival. However, the inside was just right and met our group’s needs. Thank you!

Great spot in KC and close to downtown, crossroads district, midtown, and Westport. Easily get to and from areas. Parking on site is great though be aware the lot is tiny! Larger SUVs and pickups will struggle to maneuver. Clean and with plenty of space for 4-6 guests.

Accommodations suited the four of us well. Access to Apt. B is up a flight of wooden stairs only. Large windows provide plenty of natural light if desired. At night, the lighting is adequate. The kitchen is modern & the pantry is well-stocked. The range top is gas. The mid-century decor is attractive & well taken care of. The flat screen TV is extra large. There are extra plug-in cubes at either end of the sofa & on the night stands in the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a bathroom & also patio access. The hallway bathroom has one sink but good vanity space. There were plenty of towels, hangers & blankets. The sheets had nice threadcounts. There is gated parking in the rear for vehicles. Location-wise, we enjoyed the close proximity to the art museums & being centrally located. However, it does require transportation to restaurants & shopping destinations. We would stay there again.

Loved this property!! Perfect for what we needed while attending our nieces wedding in KC. The home is adorable, loved all the decorations and how charming it is. KC was in the grip of a heat wave and the AC performed wonderfully thank goodness!! Would for sure go back to this property, and highly recommend.

The house was cute but the only entrance being thru a bedroom was a little different. I could tell a lot of time and attention went into re-doing the space. Downtown KC was a little disappointing regarding the number of restaurants & businesses and homeless population.

It was a beautiful mid-century home. Nice and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was more modern than the house interiors.

This VRBO was a big Mid-Century house with what it looked like a newly renovated kitchen. The bedrooms were nice, but the beddings were old blankets and bedspreads.
White sheets are always better for short stay room. The bed sheets in this VRBO were solid dark colors.

The location was perfect for us! We came to KC to attend my nephew's graduation, which was at UMKC located just 1.7 miles away, very quiet neighborhood, excellent in every way. very pleased

This property was great for my family of 4! Very convenient location. Everywhere we visited was within 15/30 minutes of the home! If you are coming to KC for a Royals or Cheifs game, choose this property because you will not regret it! My favorite part was the private (gated) parking and access in the back.

The location was perfect to T Mobile Center. It was easy to communicate with the host and the apartment was very comfortable.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We had lots of space and everything we needed was there. Plenty of room for 3 couples to stay comfortably. Lots of light and fun decor. The location was close to good restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. James was very responsive and helpful if we had questions.

This property was very clean and a nice comforable space. My sister's and I stayed for a quick weekend girls trip. We didn't realized it was one of a few units in the same house. We had a bit of a noisy neighbor, but even with the multiple units it was still overall private. The layout was great and slept us comfortably 5 people. Kitchen had everythibg we needed, so we even decided to eat in one evening. The code provided didn't work on the front door, so we had to use the upper level back door for the few days we were there. Parking in the back was really tight as well, so if you have an SUV or larger I wouldn't park there. There was a parking area in the front but those using the other unit(s) parked there. Overall, very nice, clean, and comfortable and would recommend.

We were in town for a wedding, 6 adults. The property was exactly as described, beautifully decorated and the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Location was great for proximity to Kansas City attractions. The neighborhood is clearly up and coming, but would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Property owner was very easy to deal with, 5 stars all across the board.

So comfortable
The property manager was so helpful with the glitch we had when first arriving. The entire apartment was so comfortable. We had 4 teenage girls and we never felt cramped or under foot. We played cards and watched movies in the evenings and it was so relaxing. The kitchen had every appliance anyone could hope for and the shower in the master bedroom was AMAZING!!

Great Neighborhood Stay
This was a great stay. The owners communicated wonderfully and had quick responses. The neighborhood was wonderful - we walk the area each day. We felt close to most of the attractions we wanted to see (Royals, shopping, Truman Library, etc.). We even were close enough to walk to the Art museum. The house was as advertised and probably had the best in-home features of most of our stays (spices were great). The place was clean and had everything we need. We would definitely stay again if we trek back to KC.

Great experience!
Our first experience with a Vrbo. Came to KC for a family wedding and was so much more comfortable and relaxing than staying in a hotel. Was able to enjoy family time in a very clean and comfortable settling. Beautiful accommodations. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully furnished and well appointed
This was easily the most beautifully decorated and well stocked Vrbo property over ever rented. We met up with two other small family groups, and due to allergies and picky kids, we usually cook when we’re traveling. This kitchen had EVERYTHING we could have needed or wanted, including high end blender, food processor, slow cooker, and insta pot. The spice cabinet exceeded our expectations, and the pantry had staples like sugar, salt, oil, and other things you don’t always want to have to buy for vacation cooking.
The house is just a few blocked from the museum district, which includes a beautiful sculpture garden. Perfect for kids and dogs (we had 3 kids and 2 large dogs with us). We would absolutely stay here again!
