Host Ko was super friendly and response to questions fast and accommodates special request, provides detail information which made things easier. I recommend if you don't mind the stairs.

Ko was super responsive and easy to work with. The room was lovely and fit our family of 4.

It mentioned two bedrooms on Expedia but actually there was one only. We cannot install Vrbo app and failed to communicate with the host at all.

Property is in a residential neighbourhood just a block from the main road. It's roughly 10-15 walk to either Shibuya or Ebisu station both major stations to a variety of places in Tokyo. In either direction you will encounter plenty of restaurants choices ranging from a variety of choices. A supermarket which closes at midnight 2 blocks away, coffee shop, and of course plenty of convenience store options as well. My family of 4 enjoyed the property and it had everything we needed including a kitchen for cooking if you wanted. The hosts were unbelievable in their communication it went beyond what you'd normally expect. Would stay again.

From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The place itself was perfect for our little family and the washer was a critical addition that we appreciated. Ko was quick to answer questions that we had and left us a welcome treat which was really nice. Location, location, location. Less than 10 minutes from Shibuya Station and in a higher-end neighborhood which felt very safe as we were predominantly on foot the entire trip. Just around the corner was a cute coffee shop that we ended up going to more than once because their coffee, breakfast and service was excellent.

We had a good stay for 6 days. The host was responsive and helpful. My husband left his cap but he sent it to our 3rd destination immediately. Thank you so much! We’ll stay there again in the future.
