Great location, close to Sedona, quiet neighborhood, exactly as described in advertising. Would stay there again.

Neighborhood was quiet and property was exactly like it was advertised. Would stay again in the future. Loved how close it was to Sedona without actually being there. Easy rental, found the property as described and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time in this home! The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, appliances, paper products and even some condiments/spices. We shopped and cooked nightly and the only kitchen supplies we wished for were a cheese grater and dishcloths. And it would have been nice to have a bath rug or floor towel in the main bath. The home has a great layout and is tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice patio in the backyard, which we shared with a family of quail. :) We did not use the outdoor community pool & hot tub, but viewed it when walking around the neighborhood and it looks nice. There are a couple of trails meandering through the neighborhood, too. The home is located next to Cottonwood's small airport, but noise was not a problem. The description and photos are accurate. The ONLY thing that bugged me was all the extra fees that VRBO and the management company added to the rental rate which made it more expensive than it initially looks when comparing daily rates from one company to another. We would happily stay there again.

No contact check in made visit very easy. Property is very clean and neat with all the amenities needed for a great visit. Quiet neighborhood with a private back porch and yard added to the enjoyment. Cottonwood has lots offer without the crowds of Sedona

Very conveniently located home. Easy access to Sedona, Jerome, parks/trails and charming downtown Cottonwood. Kitchen was well stocked and new gas grill was great. New appliances and exceptionally clean.
