It was very clean and had plenty of room for us all. The kid loved the double bunk beds & lower TV room. The games/reading room was a nice bonus and kept the kids entertained. This house functions very well for families as the kids rooms are downstairs & 2 masters are on the middle level.

The property was beautiful and house was perfect for our big family. Having 2 master suites was nice for multiple couples. Lots and lots of space, tons of toys and games to keep the kids happy! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub view was amazing at night, and everything surrounding was so picturesque! There are a few sets of stairs which is difficult for seniors, but overall this was a great spot and would come back for sure :)

We (family of 7) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The 3-level condo was fully equipped and in perfect state. Hot tub, open kitchen and living with fireplace all contributed to good family time. The spacious mud room made our ski days. Minor point: navigation doesn’t recognize the proper road, so we needed help from the owner to find it, which we go immediately.

We booked our weekend at Kicking Horse with family and friends to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Our group of friends from B.C & AB have organized this same trip over family day weekend for many years, but hadn’t met the last two years due to Covid. The property was beautiful & had all the amenities when needed. The layout of the home was great for families with space and privacy for everyone. I did deduct stars from my review as we were contacted almost a week after checkout stating we would be charged 300$ to fill and paint a few scratches on the wall (beside the fireplace) that were apparently left by our group. During our stay I noted numerous other scratches on the walls around the home that were there prior to our arrival. To charge someone 300 for what I would consider “wear and tear “ is unacceptable in my opinion. Our group has rented homes in kicking horses for many years & never had this problem. Due to this incident I would not recommend staying at this property nor would we return.

It’s huge. Hot tube was great. The kitchen had exactly what we needed. It is truly ski in. Had to walk only about 30 meters up a hill. The ski out is maybe a 100 meter walk up a hill. The skiing was magical. Thank you.

Wow what a beautiful weekend, incredible weather. The house was great for our two families and the use of the baby stuff was greatly appreciated.

Big house in pleasant surrounding, great views from the terrace where you can easily dine with family and relax in the hot tub. Lots of space for everyone. Kitchen ist great.

The property was the perfect space for 2 families travelling together. House was well equipped, deck/hot tub was super relaxing, and Sarah was really responsive to any request and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay for a ski vacation. Stunning views of the mountains, close to Kicking Horse ski resort and all the amenities of home. Clean with plenty of room for a big/multi family get together. So relaxing and fun. We will be back!

We had great views and really enjoyed our stay! The house was great and the hosts thought about everything we needed, with nice extra touches throughout the house. It’s really close to the ski hill too!

The proctored were accurate and the house had everything we needed for three family’s over the long weekend. . Lots of room, great set up for bedrooms for both adults and kids. I would recommended!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was warm, comfortable and clean. We had a greeat little family getaway, and wished we were able to stay longer. We will be back for sure!

Property was very well equipped and clean. Garage and entrance way was nice set up for ski equipment. The views from the main floor and hot tub were amazing.

Better in person that in the pictures. Nice condo, clean and well appointed with a great layout. We skied in and out. Ski out entails a bit of walking but very little. Ski in brought us right to the door. Highly recommended.

Sarah's place is very welcoming and beautiful. Great layout for a group/a couple families. It's got everything you need to have a relaxing trip. Doesn't hurt you can ski in and ski out right from the property. Communication was quick and informative. Any questions were answered fast. Would highly recommend :)

We are the first guests for this property. The property is very nice and clean, with a spacious living room/kitchen, four bedrooms, an extra TV room, and an office room. The owner is very easy to communicate with. It is about 8 - 10 minutes walking to the main lift chairs.
