This is such a beautifully appointed home at a great location. It’s only a short drive to nearby towns like Point Turton and Minlaton.
It was great to be able to stay in a clean, comfortable and pet friendly home. We loved the fireplace!
We had such a great family getaway. We will definitely be back!!

We visited Hardwicke bay for work and the house was perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.

Very clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nice renovations and set up and warm over our winter stay. Big yard but no grass/dirt for the dogs to walk on unfortunately. Also a fantastically comfortable bed, thanks!

The house was exactly as described and was beautiful and clean. Neighbours are welcoming and friendly. The home provided everything that is needed for a home from home. Our anxious dog settled very easy, which is unusual for her.

In most respects the property was very comfortable to stay at and my wife, dog and I felt very relaxed. Two downsides which were out of the owners control is that there is nowhere close by to buy food or supplies. There is a general store but it has been closed down for awhile now and it's website doesn't make that clear, so stop at the town of Minlaton (20km's away) and lay in supplies first. Everything else is provided.
This area relies on water tanks which requires pumps to provide water for everything in the house. On the afternoon of the final day there was a power outage which meant that anything in the house that relied on electricity or water could not be used, including the toilet. A relatively small investment in a solar and battery backup would overcome this shortcoming and make the property perfect. I would consider staying here again even if this problem wasn't fixed.

Well set out property with a secure backyard for our dog. good to have an espresso coffee, generous amounts of coffee grounds provided. Nice decking area with suitable furniture.
Walking distance to beach. Short drives to Turton and Warooka - good pub meals. A quiet location that provided us with the restful break we needed.

We had a wonderful stay in Hardwicke Bay.
This house is perfect! You literally just need to bring yourselves. We loved eating outside every night and it was a short stroll to the beach. We will definitely be back

The accommodation was beautifully presented and Monique has thought of every little detail which made our stay so enjoyable. Hardwicke Hideaway has a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, very comfortable bedding, clean BBQ on the back verandah and the beach is a short walk. We felt so at home and we will definitely be back!

My partner and I, and our two dogs, absolutely loved our stay at Hardwicke Hideaway.
The house was beautiful - it was clear that there was a strong attention to detail in all renovations and decor.
The house contained everything we could have possibly wanted or needed for a relaxing week. The coffee machine was a nice touch too!
The yard fencing was perfect for larger dogs - it was so much easier knowing we could leave our dogs outside unsupervised for a moment if needed.
The only suggestion for improvement I have is for a larger TV in the lounge room, although to be honest we adjusted and it wasn’t a problem for us in the end!
We are already planning our next visit because we enjoyed it so much!

We had a great couple of days at Hardwicke Bay. The house was fabulous. The owners have lovingly renovated an original holiday house such that the character has been maintained but all amenities are spot on. The artworks are strikingly beautiful and the whole decor spot on. Our favourite part was being able to stay with our dog who also loved his stay on the peninsula. Thank you 😀

Lovely property, well fitted out and comfy. We used the fire too and it was perfect! Unfortunately weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the well set up back deck .... We will be back!
Everything was a reasonably easy drive and the peninsula is beautiful.

Beautiful, house, very clean, everything you need. Beds very comfortable, kitchen, very well equipped. Great outside entertaining area. The house has a great feel.
(Feel is not suitable for dogs, particularly, older or small dogs.)

Hardwick hideaway is perfectly located, short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved Hardwick bay , long beach walks , short drive to tour around and then to come home to our lovely cosy home. Gorgeous sunsets sitting on the beach wine in hand. A big bonus was we could take our dogs.. Thanks Monique we had a really relaxing and enjoyable break..

We have just enjoyed a 4 night stay at Hardwicke Hideaway. The property has been tastefully renovated recently and the attention to detail was great. Lovely homely touches throughout. The towels were awesome and much appreciated !! Excellent well fenced pet friendly yard.Thank you Monique for sharing your lovely home and for allowing pets.

This is such a beautiful holiday house located in Hardwick Bay. Easy walk to beach. The house is newly renovated and have all the facilities we could ask for a holiday stay. The house makes us feel very homey. The furnitures & decorations definitely reflected the good taste of the owner. Will strongly recommend to friends. We look forward to coming back again!!

Beautiful property that has been lovingly renovated. we loved sitting outside watching the clouds roll in and well fenced yard to keep our pups in and very happy! Would love to stay here again.

Brilliant property, very secure for two slightly neurotic pooches. Had all the creature comforts, close to the beach and a great base from which to adventure. Thankyou so much Monique, we wouldn’t hesitate to return! 😊
