This was a perfect spot for our family of five. Plenty of bunk beds, master bed, and large living room space for our large family. The deck was the icing on the cake!

We spent some time skiing on Spring Break with our teenagers boys and loved this unit and location. It’s perfect for ski in/ski out and we could come back for lunch and head right back out again. The kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was very clean and organized. Communication with owner was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival code given opened the door. Property was clean and a 3 ring binder greeted us with info, instructions and ammenities. Will definitely recommend and book again I the future.

We love staying at Giant Steps due to the proximity to the ski lift. At check in we found the condo to be exceptionally clean which was very much appreciated. As nice as it was I most likely wont stay here again due to the horrible mattress in the master bedroom. It makes a loud creek with every movement and has the comfort of a sofa sleeper. After one night I bailed snd slept in the bunk toom with the kids. That mattress was good. It would also be nice to have a pancake griddle in the kitchen. If you are not an expert skier be advised that the hill to get down to the condo is super steep.

Great location, cute comfortable condo on the second floor. If you come in the summer, it does get warm in the condo with the sun beaming through all the windows. Only one small fan for the whole condo. You might want to bring an extra one just in case. It does cool off at night though. All the furniture is very comfortable. The owners are extremely nice and the communication is top notch! The condo is in walking distance to Giant Steps and the pond. It really is a great location!

Great stay at Brianhead resort. The condo was as described and check in was easy. The location is beautiful and we had an enjoyable weekend.

This was a perfect rental for our family of 4, the condo was well stocked and our boys loved the bunk room. There is plenty of underground parking, access to the building amenities and close to Giant Steps (or a short drive over to Navajo). We will be back!

What a beautiful condo and a perfect location. Everything worked, was clean, and well stocked. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Kitchen was fantastic as well!

This is the second time we have stayed here and are very impressed with the cleanliness, how well stocked the pantry is with spices, coffee, hot chocolate, and the helpfulness of Kristen when we needed help getting the college finals on tv. Very pleased with this place!

We greatly enjoyed our stay!!! The location was perfect. The lifts were really close. We mountain bike so we just biked to the lifts. Place was super clean! The kids enjoyed the bunk room with the tv. The hosts were super responsive to any questions I had as well. We will def be staying here again!

We loved our stay! Our kids loved the game room and hot tub and the cute bunk room fit all 5 of them perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked with spices which was so nice! Our last VRBO only provided one roll of toilet paper! This place had everything you would need including shampoo and body wash in the showers! We will definitely be back again!

We loved our stay! Our kids loved the game room and hot tub and the cute bunk room fit all 5 of them perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked with spices which was so nice! Our last VRBO only provided one roll of toilet paper! This place had everything you would need including shampoo and body wash in the showers! We will definitely be back again!

The kids loved all the bunk beds and the decorations. Cute modern cabin decor and plenty of space for all the kids to sleep. Next to Giant Steps, but a bit tricky to ski in/out because its the 1st/lowest building and not much of a hill to get you to the lift. It is close enough for a short walk though. We still usually drove next door with all the stuff to ski. Game room and hot tub were fun in the evenings. I did find it odd that there was a checkout list while also charging a cleaning fee. Overall, it was clean, cozy and as expected. Perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location, clean and cozy. Ski out for sure but the tubing course kinda ruined ski in for all but advanced skiers . Don’t let that change your mind though is still walkable

Perfect Place
This was perfect for 2 couples and could be for a family. The best part is that it was very clean and well stocked.
