Clean spacious homely property. A great place to come back to after a day exploring the Island.

Fantastic place to stay for our first time on the island. Jeff and Jonya were brilliant hosts, communicating promptly and effectively. The house itself has great ocean views and beach access is very close. The home was clean and had all required items to make it a comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at this amazing beach house. The view is amazing from all along the front verandah of the house. It was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 2 kids who had 2 bedrooms and separate shower and toilet on one side of the house, and 2 adults (with a separate ensuite adjoining their bedroom). Kitchen was really well equipped, and had everything anyone could every need. The complex has it's own shared bbq's and pool area with a magnificent spa, which is where we spent many afternoons after a big day out exploring K'Gari. Location was excellent, a short drive to many of the tourist destinations on the East side, and also the lakes on the inland tracks. A very short drive to the Eurong bakery and convenience store and fuel. Hosts were very friendly and promptly replied to any queries we had. Highly recommend. We loved our stay here!!

What a house! Easy to find, clean and modern. Good parking. Great location. Access to the pool and spa to relax late in the afternoons. Big deck that over looks the beach. Kkids can play out the front lawn area which was a big area. We will be using this place as our base every fraser trip we do. Host was just a pleasure. Helped with tide info, places to go and see. Just amazing service. Thankyou again

Great location on Fraser ( K'gari). House is in great condition and suited our group of 5 no problem. Owner was very good to deal with. Completely fenced and safe for those with concerns about Dingoes. Only 300m to the beach. We will ll probably return each year now.

The house was perfect. Excellent location and so accomodating. Loved every minute of our holiday.

Our family all enjoyed our stay at K'gari Beach House 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it was nice to not have to worry about bringing any linen. We would definitely book this place again and would recommend to our friends and family.
