We were in Tampa for a short trip and rented this house for six children and three adults. Everyone loved this place, the kids enjoyed the pool and airhockey table. It was very easy to check in, we felt very safe in the nice neighborhood. We were sad our trip was to short to enjoy this beautiful house! If I ever come back to Tampa I will love stay in this house with my family!

The pictures do not do this house justice. The kids had more fun playing in the pool than anything else. We will definitely be booking this home in the future. Loved it! 😍

We returned to Tampa to visit our family and friends. With 5 of us, we are too much of an imposition to stay with anyone, so we picked this VRBO. It was stellar. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. WAY better than a hotel. We made coffee in the morning, lounged by the pool, went to the beach, deep sea fishing, a Rays game, Busch Gardens…everything. We cooked meals, we ordered in, we got up early, we slept in, we stayed up late, we went to bed early….We didn’t turn on the TV all week! It was JUST like being home. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Carlos!

We stayed here with our adult children and grandchildren while visiting Tampa. The home has a fabulous layout; there is always somewhere to go if you need a moment to yourself. The childrens' room is decorated in a Star Wars theme which my grandson loved, and his 2 twin younger siblings were both able to fit in there as well with their 2 portable cribs. There are plenty of towels, linens and pillows, and a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, and even had a cooler we were able to use for a picnic. The children items are too numerous to list, but just a few included a stroller, portable crib, high chair, play yard panels and foam floor to keep the toddlers contained, floaties for babies, and numerous pool toys, books, games, and even more. There is a gas grill and blackstone flat top for cooking in the spacious, covered heated pool area, not to mention a nice fire table to sit around and enjoy the outdoors. The only possible thing I could think of that would add to this home would be sharp knives (or a knife sharpener), and maybe another cutting board (the one provided is granite). Everyone had such a wonderful time here and our grandchildren loved their time in the pool. The only disappointing part of the stay was having to leave. Highly recommend for families of all sizes and generations!

This was a perfect home away from home! The host was a great communicator and his home was perfect for our group. The home had everything we needed, comfy beds and great amenities. Thank you again for everything!

We loved this home and property. Everything we needed was thought of. The home was clean and spacious and close to airport and attractions. We enjoyed the pool area with grill and wonderful outdoor area which was extra living space. Carlos was great to work with and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks for making a memorable vacation for our family.

We had a great family Christmas here! While the weather didn’t cooperate, the house was perfect. They’d even decorated for the holidays and put up a tree, which made it extra cozy and saved us a ton of time on trying to put up decorations when we got in 3 days before Christmas. Also, it could not have been a better home to travel to with a toddler. There were outlet covers everywhere, extra latches on the doors to the pool, kid friendly dishes and sippies, tons of toys and books, even a baby gate available in the master closet (along with high chair, stroller, pack n play, etc). My daughter could have packed much less and been completely set up on arrival! We’ll definitely be trying to come back here and take advantage of the pool in warmer weather!

We recently visited Tampa for a work conference and brought family along for a short vacation. The house was nice and our stay was lovely. Some small items could use attention (we had issues with the coffee maker and upstairs toilet) but the amenities made up for those.

The house and outdoor space are beautiful and very well maintained. Carlos and his son were great, responsive and friendly. The location was convenient to beaches, the airport and casino, we had a great time!

We stayed here in the hopes of exploring Florida and spending 2 days in Disney. Unfortunately all our kids got a horrible stomach bug that lasted the entire week so we didn’t get to do much.. because of this house, the pool and everything the owner offers we still got to enjoy our trip considering the fact we were stuck in the house the majority of the time. She has everything we needed and more for the babies, cooking, grilling, and relaxing by the pool! We cannot wait to come back!!

The property is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it any justice. Communication with the property owner was prompt and cordial. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!!

I have been renting vacation homes for years for my family. This one by far has been the best! The owners made sure that the house was fully stocked with all amenities and then some. Our family really enjoyed the outside pool area. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking in the Tampa area! We will most definitely be a returning customer!

Has everything you would need, however may need more bowls and plates and utensils. We were surprised of how many nice and ready to use baby things, pool stuff for infants pal n play, high chair, stroller, play area . Pool was nice and so was the grills and propane fire pit. Air hockey table. Thanks for a the extras it was greatly used.

Property was spotless and sanitized when we arrived. Kitchen has everything that you would need to cook and feed at least 7 people. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Property is very to close to TPA airport which was one reason we booked it. That also makes it closer to main highways. More importantly, Carlos was excellent catering for our needs and keeping the communication going. I recommend this property.

The pool was clean and we used the outdoor kitchen to grill out. An added bonus was the bathroom outside. Plus it was very close to the airport and all the beaches and downtown Tampa. We will definitely be back. I just want to say thank you for the wonderful experience we 1000000% enjoyed your home.

This is an awesome property and the pictures added on the site doesn’t do justice to this great property. They have everything in place for a comfortable stay. Hosts were great and were very responsive.

The property has so much space, and is in a great/safe location. I stayed there with all of my groomsman plus some family members with plenty of room for all of us. Carlos was such a great host, and easy to get a hold of if needed. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely keep Carlos and his properties in mind for the future!
