We had 14 staying for the weekend and the house was laid out perfectly. Everyone enjoyed the large front porch and the huge dining table where we could all be together but there was enough space for us to spread out for some quiet too. The pool was fantastic. Parking in downtown Saugatuck can be a nightmare. It was wonderful to be able to walk downtown.

We loved this house! It was clean, beautifully decorated and wonderfully spacious for our large group. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked most of our meals there. The location was great, walkable to downtown Saugatuck and close to all of the fun things we did together. The manager was very responsive to questions. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

this home had a great location and lots of space for a big group. The rooms and bathrooms were nicely updated. The bedding could use upgrading, and it is warm in the upstairs bedrooms on a hot evening, but we loved the place and were very happy.

Overall great stay, and great location. Inside the house was conscious and clean with everything you need, but not much room for outdoor activity with parking spacing being a problem if you have over 6 cars. Host was great with communication.

The property is ideal for a large group or, in our case, a family reunion. With people coming together from all over the country, the house has plentiful spaces to relax and visit, as well as eat together. We had all our meals "at home" and found the house well stocked with plates, utensils and glasses. And it's nice having a couple of bedrooms on the ground floor for older family members. The location is convenient for walking or driving to town. We had a great reunion and 90th birthday celebration.

We had a great time with our reunion. The house was nearly perfect with comfortable beds, towels, and good AC. They even had a deviled egg tray and cake stand. My only suggestion would be a big pasta pot.

We loved the pool and lake access. It was a bit of a walk to town but doable. The unit did not have washer and dryer though. Customer service was good in that they always called back to answer our questions. The house was very clean and cute. The one fridge didn't really get cold, but the one in the kitchen worked well. There also wasn't a griddle, but other pans and kitchen tools or utensils. We liked our stay!

We had a great stay at the house. Lots of space and room for our group. The kitchen was stocked well. Great location- could easily walk to downtown Saugatuck for shopping and restaurants. Lake Michigan beach was short drive way. Lovely community pool overlooking the lake and private hot tub. The outdoor table and patio and large grill was an enjoyable place to cook and eat outside. We also enjoyed the screened porch.

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect! Everything is as advertised. From check-in to check-out, everything was super easy. This was the perfect space for a large group of friends to spend the fourth of July.

I came down to Saugatuck with a group of 8 seniors age 65+. They all enjoyed staying at the Harbor House and loved having the room to all be together for much laughter and sharing . The place is spacious and well equipped for a group and also has a real sense of being at home. We all loved it. Thank you.

Our stay included attending the Halloween parade. The house location was perfect and made for easy walking to wherever we needed to go. We had a total of 11 adults staying at the house and there was plenty of room. Very clean and well kept house. Everyone enjoyed the weekend!

Perfect for a large group. Plenty of separate bathrooms and sitting areas to spend time. The table was awesome and sat our group of 12 comfortably. Short half mile walk to town with sidewalks the whole way.

We booked the entire house for my family and friends family for my daughter’s wedding at the Ivy House. It was perfect!! Easy check in and check out. There was plenty of room for our two families and it was such a beautiful home and we loved the decor. Would love to come back to stay and explore more of Saugatuck. Thank you!

It was an ideal location for our family and had plenty of space for people to spread out, plus have the privacy of their own bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with supplies we needed and the extra room off of the kitchen was most helpful for meal preparation. Everything was as pictured on the VRBO site and Ethan was very responsive both before and during our stay. Only concern was adjusting the temperature for the upstairs bedrooms, at times it was a little warm, but otherwise, the place was perfect!!

We had a great time at the Harbor Inn! The property was quaint and clean, the check-in process was easy and the house is walking distance from downtown (a major bonus). Highly recommend!

Great size
Loved how this house had a bedroom and sitting room for everyone so people could watch tv, work, rest, or read in different locations of the house and not be on top of each other. The location was conveniently close to town and other activities like beaches, blueberry picking, wineries and dune rides. We really enjoyed it!

We had a great stay for a girls trip! The property was easy to access and in a great location. Parking was easy, wifi worked, everything was clean. Tons of room. Would definitely book again.

The property was very spacious and the location was excellent. It was close to town and an enjoyable walk. There was a lot to do in town and lots of nearby activities. Oval beach and Douglas beach were close and lovely. The only downside was that the rooms were very warm. The air conditioning unit didn't seem to cool very well.

Great location. Property manager Ethan was non-responsive. Charles was ok, but abrupt and unapologetic for lack of communication. Response time was hours not quick. Shala was great and very helpful. We would stay there again.

Perfect for a crowd!
The cottage was very accommodating for a larger group. Each couple/family had their own bathrooms. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels! Also, it was so nice to have two TV sitting areas.
Our only complaint was the lack of supplies for the kitchen. There was no medium size pot to boil noodles, no strainer, no large spoon, things like that! They could upgrade the kitchen gadgets and drink ware - coffee cups were like espresso cups.
