Very clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The house was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay in Woodland Park. The location was perfect - a short drive to so many great attractions in the area. The house was also equipped with all the small appliances, pots/pans, kitchen and bath necessities, etc. Little things that may not seem like a lot (tissues, plenty of blankets and bath towels, paper towels, coffee filters, etc.) made a huge difference in our ability to arrive and immediately begin our vacation. In addition, the house had everything we needed while traveling with a 1 yr old - high chair, pack n play, toddler toys, gated back yard and front porch, and more. I highly recommend this rental for families traveling to the Colorado Springs area.

Great house to stay in for large or small groups. Comfortable, plenty of space, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to town or drive to anywhere! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lots of great things about this property! It’s spacious, clean, kid friendly, and the local doe visited daily. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our party, so we occupied all of the rooms in the house and cooked all meals in. It was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, glassware and storage containers. We enjoyed the deck, front porch, and the gas fire pit was great for S’mores. We would definitely stay again!

The property was great for 2 families with young children. There are quite a few stairs, but it gave us plenty of space. Having the fire pit and play set with a deck overlooking it was a bonus. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

We had 2 families stay here for a 5 day mountain vacation and had an amazing time! There’s lots to do close-by, but you still get that “I’m staying in the mountain” feel. The house was great for our 2 families with a good kitchen, grill, nice big backyard and deck, and fire pit. Everything was exactly as advertised (or better!) and we would all recommend staying here.
