A perfect week at the beach. The condo is exactly as the pictures presented! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Clean, bright, with great access to beach. We appreciated the view from both the living room and master bedroom. A couple of comments: Front desk had a hard time finding our reservation at checkin; after a long day of travel, it was a bit frustrating. Also, previous renters had mentioned the very low water pressure in the bathroom faucets; the pressure has unfortunately not improved.

This unit was perfect in every way! Clean, decorated gorgeously, with incredible views, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you would ever need for your beach stay! It offers easy beach access, a quiet location but close to so much. I would recommend this unit without hesitation! My only recommendation to the owners would be an upgrade on the beach chairs. They are rusted and are breaking down. Having said that, we appreciate you having them available for us to use! Also - we didn’t find this out until our last day- there is a gorgeous shared rooftop location at this building that was perfect to watch the sunset!

The minute we walked into the condo, we were extremely relaxed. Opening the sliding doors onto the balcony, hearing the sounds of the waves, just made you inhale the beautiful beach air and say This is spectacular. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen be it small all 4 of us were able to move around nicely. Perefect place for a short trip.

The unit was very nice. It was clearly recently updated and tastefully decorated. My only criticism is the master bath sink had extremely low water pressure, barely enough water flow to brush your teeth; no labels on the soap/shampoo dispensers in either bathroom; toilet paper holder is falling off in master bath.

This was our 3rd annual trip to the Treasure Island Area, our first time staying at this property and it was everything we expected & more! Kitchen was supplied with everything needed. Included beach towels & even had beach chairs & umbrella with was a nice surprise. You cannot beat the view of this property! We would stay again!

The condo is right on the beach. Just a short walk over the dune. The pool and hot tub are nice. Everything was clean. The second bedroom is very small and had a dresser that made it difficult to get into one side of the bed. I would stay there again.

We felt right at home with just about everything we needed. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. I was able to cook for my family and most of what I needed to do so. It was also wonderful having a washer and dryer to keep up with towels and swimwear too. The only thing that would make our stay better would be a more comfortable bed. Both beds are huge with great pillows, but the mattress is very stiff. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here on the first leg of our Florida honeymoon-lovely condo, super clean, well-appointed with comfortable and stylish furnishings. There’s a rental site set up in front of the condo for beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. It is close to grocery and restaurants. We would stay again!

Property is beautiful and clean. I did not understand being charged extra 180 for “resort fees” what does that even mean? It’s definitely not a resort. We could not use the pool because the first morning we witnessed the pool guy become upset because someone left feces everywhere ( I understand him being upset) however, he took a beach towel and smeared it, then proceeded to rinse the towel out in the pool. This happened multiple times. A pool should be treated appropriately if fecal matter is in the pool. Therefore, my children never got to use the pool. Very disappointed about this. The water pressure was not good in the showers either. I really liked this place a lot so the negatives were disappointing

Condo is as pictured - great view to the ocean. Not a huge space but well utilized. Kitchen was sufficient for our needs for breakfast and the property was quiet. Would stay here again.

The unit is very nice, great location and well appointed. Easy check in - only concern for the owner is that is smelled badly of cigarettes- we kept the doors and windows Open all weekend which helped but the first few hours were pretty unpleasant

Hanging out with my son for quick getaway. Much fun adding a hurricane to my bucket list, but condo was rock solid in structure. Great beach access with cabanas to rent right outside the condo. We ate out every meal, however, unit needs a few cookware items if you dine in alot. All in all -- cozy condo :)

Property was very clean. The view can’t be beat. Sunsets were breathtaking! Would stay again!

We had such a great time here! The property was so clean and the views breathtaking! The beach and pool were a hit with the kids, and the owners had chairs, coolers, and an umbrella to use. The only thing I missed was coffee. There is a Keurig machine, but no pods. Bring your own pods if you want coffee. Overall, a wonderful stay, thank you!

Located right on the beach and centrally located to shops and restaurants. Only a couple minute drive to anything you might want including excursions and a grocery store. The beach was not crowded at all which was a concern of ours before going. No complaints, would definitely go again.

Great location. Walking distance to everything you need. Short walk to beach. Property was very clean and spacious with great beach views. Only cons were 4PM check in time, and limited access to beach chairs/cabanas.

Easy check in and designated parking spot. Unit is clean and has a cute beach theme throughout. All pictures are accurate. Pool and patio have shade in morning and you are steps from the beach where you can rent chairs or a cabana. Unit has small cooler bags and freezer makes ice. Having ability to do laundry was convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Mattress in master is very firm. We had a great time and would stay again! Thanks!
