This was our fourth time staying at the property - and it feels like a home away from home! Always clean, well-stocked...and the daily sunsets over the water are a highlight! Already looking forward to Visit #5!

Very comfortable. Minor wear and tear items need attending to. Suggest for winter, bedrooms with no a/c should have electric blankets.

The property was perfect for our girls weekend away. It had plenty of communal space inside and out for eating and sitting around. It was easy to put the kayaks in the lake with the direct access. There was also nice easy walks to parks, a couple of cafes and around the lake. We cooked all our own food and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outlook from the back of the house was beautiful.

We had a lovely weekend, the location was very picturesque and relaxing. We loved the Pool table and scenery from the decking was amazing. The ducks made us feel very welcome :)

We stayed at sunset central Coast for a 4th year in a row. With some new upgrades it’s provides more creature comforts that makes this place a perfect family escape. We enjoyed 10 days at this spectacular home and didn’t want to leave. It has everything you need to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and with it’s own jetty, enjoy all the water sports. We’ll be back again next year!

This is our 4th time here and we return to experience quite days fishing, family time sharing meals on the deck with a drink or two and generally relaxing. Beds/rooms are comfy and the main b/room has a particularly beautiful outlook. The location of the house with it's peaceful lake view + jetty is perfect for us. Most noise comes from the birds and, very tame, ducks! Thank you, Kaitlyn.

Very relaxing and great experience

Relaxing family catch-up was had by all. Would highly recommend a stay to anyone. Loved the artwork throughout the house.

We all enjoyed spending time in this beautiful house on the lake. The house is spacious, comfortable and has been newly renovated cosmetically. Great activities for the family including fishing on the private jetty, water play in the lake for the kids and kayaking. Few things to take note of: the listing mentions a “clothes dryer” but there isn’t one which makes it quite hard to do laundry given the wet weather we’ve been experiencing. It’s a pet friendly home, however, note that there isn’t a side fence so pets are able to run out to the front from the backyard.

We stayed over the long weekend with another family, check in was easy with code and place was clean. Needs to note the property is not gated at all something we found would have been helpful given we brought our little dog along to this getaway. TV needs to a smart TV or at least have chromecast as an option. Very peaceful location .

We had a great experience over the weekend with family at the holiday home. Kaitlyn accommodated is well even offering us a nearby location/late check out to make up for delays in property cleaning. However, we arrived on time and the cleaners were gone and Kaitlyn still honoured the late check out. Definitely happy to stay again - possibly when the weather is filled with a little more sunshine. But overall awesome weekend.

This house is huge and very well equiped with everything you could possibly need. It is well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty to do in the house itself. It is a great choice for a large group

Was a beautiful house with a beautiful yard backing onto the water. The ducks come to visit every and we enjoyed going out in the kayaks. Will def visit again

Our group were all old friends from school days all over 70 with the girls all from the same netball team and although we try and get together once a year due to covid this reunion was 2 1/2 years in the making with the group coming all parts of NSW. This house has incredible views and the 5 bedrooms were a bonus.Unfortunately it rained for most of our stay however that didn't deter some fishing off the jetty.The grounds are neat and tidy and the set up of the house allows lots of entertaining both inside and on the back deck.We will certainly look to have another reunion at this property.

Great location right on the lake. Well appointed house with 5 queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for 5 couples to catch up to celebrate an occasion but also the end of lockdown. Canoes, games and amenities supplied. Our second booking and happy to visit again

What a fantastic relaxing place to stay with friends or family. Perfect location

The lakehouse was spacious, with a private jetty for fishing, a pool table, kayaks and more! A short walk to the shops, parks and walking track. We could not of asked for a better location. Kids fished every day and we enjoyed a BBQ lunch on the deck. Lots of lovely rainbow lorikeets, ducks and kookaburras came to visit. Great place for families.

I looked at this property when researching for an intimate group house for my partners 40th (damn COVID prevented that last year) that accommodated 4 couples (most houses have single beds and minimal bathrooms). This house did just that - 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for large groups of people with adequate privacy. There was adequate space for us all. There was only heating in the main area and the master bedroom, and it was a freezing weekend so it was quite cold in the other rooms. It would also have been nice to have some form of heating on the verandah so we could enjoy sitting outside, we did take our own fire pit but it was so cold and windy, we didn't really get to enjoy that. Being such a large house accommodating people usually there to enjoy eating etc. it would have been nice to have more Tupperware to store food or even glad wrap at a minimum to cover food. We had so much food that we were unable to keep covered which spoiled it over a couple of days, there was probably 3 containers that actually had lids and lots of random bits and pieces - would recommend spending some time there sorting through it all. Lots of platters but no cheese knives. The pantry was suppose to be stocked with minimal supplies, pepper being one of them, however there was none. There were only 2 tea towels and we had to bring our own towels. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of high end places, I just felt that as amazing as the space was, it is a little lacking in attention to detail and a little outdated compared to other places I have stayed with similar value. Don't get me wrong, we will definitely return and hope that this is taken as constructive feedback. The view was great, the space was fantastic and it was a great weekend spent with friends mostly inside due to how cold it was on the June long weekend.

Thanks Julie for the wonderful stay. We loved the sunset and thank you for allowing our dogs to join along. The new deck was super and space was very clean. Just a heads up for people planning on renting. As mentioned in her communication with us bring your own towel (we usually do anyways), shampoo and conditioner and maybe a hairdryer.
